So I spoke to some guy named ronny I believe yesterday about my situation of going through a divorce and not having the best of credit. But making a very good income. ... I showed up at 6pm and it's like no one was working. They just told me that there 2015 jeep wrangle that kbbs for 15 to 19k is being sold at 36k. Double the market price. I truly felt like this guy wasted my afternoon had me drive there from about 25 miles away. For no reason. It was the worst experience I have ever had a a dealership.

The car buying experience was okay. The prices are the prices there. There was really no talking the down. As we pulled out of the parking lot, we saw there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas (after Don made it seem like he was doing us a big favor by going to get gas while we signed the documents). Then a few days after we got home, we realized that the wipers were completely worn. I guess this is on us too that we didn't fully inspect the car, but would not recommend this place, and we will not be buying from here again.

Nothing but issues. Overcharged, needed $1000 in repairs only after one week and they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. Then months later I get a letter in the mail saying the car I traded in months ago got a ticket. They do not care or do a good job there. In response: The tickets were just the icing on the cake. I was overcharged and pointed it out during the financial sit down and was redirected toward another number saying this is the one I should be looking at. So believing what he said I signed the contract. Two weeks later I get a call saying I never made the down payment. (Which I never agreed to a down payment and was in fact what I pointed out to the financial person). He basically told me I signed the contract so I have to pay or they will ruin my credit and hire a collection agency. Then I was promptly hung up on. Then when I had a few days left on my temporary registration I still hadn’t received my plates or reg. So I called the dmv and they said they were mailed out to the dealership. Apparently they had them and did not mail them to me until I called for them. Then add on the tickets I received along with the vehicle needing expensive repair they would not fix. I do like my car but would not go through that experience again Couple months later another letter in the mail to collect 3k for a storage fee. They never took my name off the registration. Unreal. Can this nightmare please end. Their response was it was the responsibility of the person they sold the car too. I sold the car to them and they should have taken care of it before reselling the vehicle with my name still attached. DONT GO HERE!!!!! Years later still getting letters in the mail because they never changed the title over when I traded my car in. Place is a JOKE go to a real dealership

Purchased a bmw suv for my wife. 2 weeks later smoke began blowing from under the hood. Took it to my shop and it ended up having a cracked valve cover. Took the quoted print out to owner Mark and turns out the 1 month warranty doesnt cover valver covers or gaskets. However, he agreed to help me out and offer to buy a new gasket out of the kindness of his heart. NOT!! Never got a call back and my calls went straight to voicemail. That repair cost me $800. 2 months later im pulling out of the driveway and notice a massive puddle of oil on the pavement. Took it in to my shop once again and turns out the oil filter housing was broken from the inside and put back together with silicone (somehow over torqued). Yeah guys, that Mickey Mouse repair didnt last too long and it cost me money once again. 3 stars because my wife loves the car, but im sure they were well aware of these issues before the vehicle was sold to me. Never going back.

My fiancee and I just bought a Cadillac from them. When we went in, I told them I want nothing other than a Cadillac. I had seen 2 sedans on their website and unfortunately both were gone. However we looked at 3 escalades and an SRX. They were very up front in saying that the escalades wouldn't get us to the payments we wanted. We ended up getting the newer SRX with less miles for just a bit over the payment we wanted. Me being a National City native, I'm glad to call these guys neighbors. Aaron invited us to the test drive and Julie closed the sale. Thanks guys! If you make every sale that easy, you'll make a killing!

Bought a vehicle here and did all my finance with SDCCU, I’m glad I did that route!... unfortunately the Finance guy i Belice his name is Mauricio or something like that which also got mad because I didn’t buy the extended warranty with them. My bank told me they already paid them. This dealership calls me and tells me that the bank was short I look at the bank and everything is correct. So are they just trying to squeeze more money out of it? Just be aware!!!

Mauricio and Don were very kind and helpful with walking my wife and I through the car buying process. Additionally, they helped put us in contact with an agency to get us set up with car insurance. I'm very pleased with my experience with National City Auto Center!

Buyer beware make sure you get the car looked at first they tell you everything is good but as you see here in this video the front wheels were bent and the manager won’t pay $300 he is a joke !!!!

Had a couple questions about my concerns with my car that I bought a year ago….. staff was not helpful and quite frankly rude including manager.. speaking to me very slowly as if I’m slow. Avoid !! Will be better off buying a car on offer up !

They did what they said they would do. Buying a car can sometimes not be easy. They already had an aggressive price on the Audi I chose and they bumped it down another $200, which made it only about $1000 over KBB value. Had some rough hiccups, but I don't think it was necessarily their fault PLUS I really like my car. Would most likely buy from them again

The process was fast and easy and they were able to get me a great deal on a great truck.

Sold a car with an open recall for spontaneously combusting. NCAC was no help in getting my refund under CA state law. Car was also sold with tires that failed the penny test, let alone the quarter test, and this made it much harder to drive. Sold with a cracked wiper fluid reservoir. Overall, I finally got rid of this lemon thanks to Chevrolet, and with no help from NCAC. I think it's funnier, I made more money selling it back to Chevy than they did by selling it to me.

Arian was transparent and professional during our negotiation over a beautiful car . After crunching out the numbers, he was able to meet me at a number that I felt comfortable with. I will definitely be coming back to National city auto.
