Very helpful and patient, tried his best to accommodate our special needs with refinancing. A great guy overall. Can’t tell you enough how easy the process was for my refi. Also, he had a very quick turnover time. And was very responsive to all phone calls and emails. Thank you, Patrick !

Aaron Hulett is the mortgage banker you wish you had. From an initial meeting several years ago right up to the the time after I closed on a new home he was there for me. During the initial phase while developing an offer, he was available to answer any questions I had, and he was patient with me as I moved to close the purchase. Lastly, he is backed by an amazing assistant who was able to find old documents that I did not know even existed. You will be fortunate to work with Aaron as your mortgage banker.

I haven't dealt with this company directly because I'm using a mortgage broker but they are the lender that is handling my cash out refinance. It's been almost 90 days and the process has been fraught with delay after delay and after paying $925.00 out of pocket for an appraisal and signing disclosures twice my loan that was supposed to close last week is now not going to close. They don't care about the stress that this has caused.

Absolutely horrible customer service, no one knows what’s going on or how to properly handle customers question! Over 2 months of trying to have an Analysis done on our account and they keep canceling them because of internal paper work problems. The customer suffers here when there is a problem.
