I can’t recommend April and her team enough! I came to them with a difficult situation and they were undaunted. April picked up my situation and ran with it. She was able to get everything back on track within hours and I was able to continue with my home purchase. The entire team was amazing to work with! After another Bank did not make any accommodations when an inadequate [and poorly researched] appraisal came in, our relator connected us with April Bynum of Amerifirst. She promptly got an appraiser without advance payment by us who found recent, comparable sales that proved to me spot on. Then April was there for us at each turn, pushing to get us a superb rate and get us to closing! yeah! Definitely the mortgage company for us!
