Advia Credit Union 10th St, Port Huron

A young lady named Trisha helped me. She was cheerful and friendly. I recommend Advia to anyone.

Edited on 7/16/21- In the past 4 months, Advia seems to have performed a 180 in customer service. Even when they have not been able to directly assist, they have pointed me in the right direction to fix my issues. I have had three absolutely wonderful interactions with the people here and I am happy to have stayed with them through my previous issues. Previous review- Can't in good conscience recommend this bank. Deductions and additions are clearly processed at radically different times than actually processed, strangely enough every time I get overdraft fees. I'm told it's due to the other companies bank, but this week I actually called my friend who ownes her own shop- so I caught them in one lie. I doubt it's the only one they told, but it's the only one I can verify and as such I cannot really trust them again.

Go Bank anywhere but here. Their ATMs never work!!! So frustrating!

Id give zero stars if that was an option! Worst bank and customer service i have ever dealt with! Four weeks in a row they took at least $80 out of my account for fees that i shouldnt of had. They fixed a few of them before but they refuse to fix the problems this time! And its not even my fault its theirs not my fault that they cant do simple math. Theyve said i had way less money then what I did. Id rather go to a second grader to hold my money over this bank. Id never recommend advia credit union to anyone not even my worst enemy. Hope you enjoy about $300 that you stole from me this month during christmas time!

Seriously the best decisions I've made finacaially was switching from a bank to a credit union! I love advia so much so kind and always helpful. I'm a young business man and I don't always know the answers or what's out there and I know that I can rely on advia to answer all of my questions with a smile and not feel judged. They are always willing to work with you and always looking out for you and what will get you the best return and save you the most! Just go in and start asking away :)

Friday at 9:00 a.m. was busy but they had plenty of tellers and the line moved quickly. Nice job ladies.

Advia loves racking up 'fees.' Had a small overdraft back in 2016 - they added over $200 in fees and sent it to collections 5 years later. Much happier with Chase bank.

Had some issues with fraud and was contacted immediately. I worked with Rachel and she walked me through everything. She was absolutely amazing, and put my mind at ease in a very stressful situation.

Advia is the best Credit Union. They are friendly when u go in the 10 th street office they make u feel like family.. And if u are disabled or they go over and be on there duty too help u.and that makes me happ been with them for7 yrs..y. I

Such a really nice CU. And the Customer Service Reps are ver nice and understand what you want financially. I give then an A+. Drive thru is a nice convenience.
