Amazing experience i love this place I got a great deal on some brand new Jordan's they really help you find what you are looking for! They have EVERYTHING! The gentleman jack and Shaun that works there is super hot and funny definitely go and check out what they have

I was there when that awful lady and her husband came in. She was trying to get a loan on her used breast implants as she had gotten new larger ones. They refused because of State laws regarding medical waste. She ended up throwing them at the owner, missing and breaking several steins on the shelf. She and her husband stormed off in a barrage of insults and obscenities. The people at Metro Pawn handled the situation very professionally. Great place with great prices on everything!

Was a few weeks ago I went in there but the owner was very nice and knowledgeable about things, fair selling prices, and they have a pretty cool selection of stuff you could buy from there.

Long guns were junk and priced really high.

Worst Pawn shop ever. These guys are all terrible. One guy quoted me a price on something, so I take it up to the register where a woman then looks it up on her phone and ups the price to $20. Pretty much illegal.

These guys are amazing. From treating you with respect to very understanding. I love these guys and this place so much and will continue to do business with them. 5 stars isnt enough stars to give these guys. Thank you crew at Metro Pawn!

These guys are low ballers and sleazeballs. Especially the older guy that looks mean and looks like an ex con, the owners brother I think. He carries a pistol. NEVER deal with him. They go on eBay to assess prices of items they buy... (What a joke) BTW all of these 5 star reviews are from them, I'd bet a thousand dollars.

Guy got super mad cause did not like his price I didn’t even try to talk him down and he got all defensive. Not a good way to act especially when I wanted to spend some money in there

I am above and beyond disappointed with the service I received at this establishment. I was lied to and manipulated into buying a piece of merchandise that I was told happened to be brand new and in perfect working condition. (Several times prior to this interaction I had questionable service as well) Not only did I find out from the company that the tv was in fact from 2014 NOT new (just had plastic left on) I was calling them because the tvs hdmi ports were all non-functioning after only a day. When testing the tv at first the he explained after a failed test that the cord itself must be to blame and he went to the back to grab another and then plugged the "working" cord into the hdmi port 2 which so happens to be the only port that worked at the time, but didn't know this and thought that meant the ports worked and in fact it was the cord. But we were wrong. Upon going home and trying to plug our own devices in we found that only hdmi p2 worked and it flicked in and out at best. Soon after it stopped altogether. We took the tv to him and asked for our money back because it had not even been 24 hours. He said no and that we could only exchange it for store credit. Which meant he wanted us to spend ANOTHER 300 DOLLARS on top of what we spent for the broken one. And the tv we would have to buy would be of less picture quality (broken one is 4k ultra hd) but has 10 inches more screen. I did not want to spend more money in his store and simply took my TV back home after trying to come to a better agreement and failing. I spent $400 on a TV I can't even use. He does NOT THOROUGHLY INSPECT what he's selling to you. So be warned! If you do decide to buy fro. Him please please test it 10000000000% before hand or you'll end up ripped off like me. Had to repost this because it keeps getting deleted and I’m still stuck with this broke tv a year later terrible business.
