As Real Estate investors, we often come across difficult transactions requiring extensive research and obtaining info from multiple sources. Another title company we worked with originally before we were referred to Midtown Title could not help us figure out the issues which delayed closing. But once we moved to Midtown Title, everything went so smoothly! Michelle, Mary, Jennifer, and Victoria were all superb! They worked together with us, taking the time to guide us along the way and making sure we're on track. Our deal would not have closed without their tenacity, persistence, and diligence! I used to think it didn't really matter what Title company was used in a real estate transaction, until I worked with Midtown. First of all - it turned out, my transaction was a little more complicated than most (involving attorneys), and not only were they able to handle EVERYTHING, but they did it with very minimal stress to me. I knew, 100%, they were doing everything necessary to properly handle the situation, which got resolved, thanks to them! Secondly - there were little things they did. For instance, when I arrived at the singing, they had already dated all the paperwork, saving time and confusion. When given the option, I wouldn't pick anyone other than Midtown.

It went very smoothly and our closing date was not long after the offer to purchase was accepted. Other title companies were backed up due to the large number of sales in the area. True to the reviews Sharmaine was very helpful and they gave me the best experience and best title insurance rate. Sharmaine and her team were very patient working with my lender as they kept getting the quote wrong. We had to change the closing date too on account of the lender needing to rework something. Sharmaine was very accommodating. Sharmaine came on her vacation to close the loan as her plans had changed. I had expressed wanted to thank her in person.
