The manager genuinely believes lever action and bolt action are the same thing. I dont even want to talk about how far I just drove to be disappointed by somebody that should not be allowed to handle firearms. I wouldn't trust this place with anything.

Hands down one of the best and most honest Pawn brokers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Contacted them through their website asking for a short term loan for a Camera as I’m a bit short this month until my next check comes in... Not only did they give me the exact amount I asked for without any fuss, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with $350 in my pocket and a new favorite pawn place. Can’t recommend them enough!

I renewed my pawn with these guys only to have the manager make a mistake and mixup the numbers on my ticket .. so when I went to pay my pawn and retrieve my stuff IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD! 😭 I have never had this issue before and unfortunately the gold necklace had so much sentimental value to it, I can never get it back. I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with these guys.

I’ve never written a review on google but my experience with their customer service was unparalleled. I Worked with a gentleman by the name of Tod. He was exemplary and did not haggle with me. I knew why my stuff was worth I did my homework end understood how a pawnshop operates the longer something sits on a shelf the more it costs them they have overhead as well as paying their employees. When taking that into account I gave Tod a price that I thought would work for both of us and he said okay. He didn’t lowball me or go back and forth. It was a very pleasant experience which I would highly recommend. The other gentleman there were also very kind.

These men here are great business men, always so sweet and funny people every time we pay a visit, I’m always satisfied leaving this store I will never be be unsatisfied with a product there. They work with you and try their best to meet your price to have you walking out the store with whichever product you need there. All three of those men need to earn a gold medal on their store listed under best selling / best rating customer service. They will also explain to you about the product your about to buy and about how the flaws are going to act, to see if you really like it. I really appreciated how much I was helped out. Items are priced fairly and just like a true pawn shop, the stated priced was not set in stone and was able to negotiate. Unlike other pawnshops that never changes the price or barely lowers price like 2-10 bucks. I will definitely be doing more business with this location. If you havent had a chance to visit, I suggest you do so before visiting any other pawn shop.

My first time stopping in and was immediately greeted by Mike. He greeted me like I had been there multiple times. I was asked if I needed help by Alex who is very warm and welcoming. They had a another member of the team, Paige who was helping someone else and was just welcoming as the others. I can't say that I have experienced that before at a pawn shop let alone some other places I've been. It was a nice experience. I would recommend someone and will definitely go back to National Pawn & Jewelry. THANKS TEAM!

Very fast and friendly, helped me with every question I had about pistols and even recommended a cheap but reliable gun-smith to sight-in the red dot sight.

My id was expired 2 months , but they helped me out , and my life and my 3 puppies lives were saved , they took my speaker without the cord it came with. Thank you angels!

I can't think of anything bad to say about this place except parking and access is at a very busy intersection. The store is clean, organized and actually has a flow. The people are friendly and provide good customer service. My Son recommended this shop after he needed traveling money and they helped him.

This is the worst pawn shop I’ve ever been to. I didn’t even make it in the door and I knew I’d came to the wrong place. I had 6 pair of Retro Jordan’s 4 of which were brand new in the box never worn and flawless. Before I could get out of my car and get them all situated to take in some stupid little boy comes out as if to help me. One of the “very gently worn” pair I had put two pair of brand new socks down into just as extra protection against any dirt or creases if something landed on them. He didn’t even look at them and said oh we don’t buy shoes with socks inside them as if I was stupid enough to try and sell him both shoes and socks. He looked at the other pair that i had the box to, took my box to a pair of brand new Jordan 18.5’s and said oh we don’t want those. I sold them online for $450, the pair with the socks for $250 and the others have all sold. The owners need to wake up and learn to hire people with actual salesmen skills instead of just any bum that walks in off the street. And the next time a man in a 145k Benz he just paid cash for pulls up to sell you things as he’s just cleaning out his storage unit before he moves to another country part time keep your mouth shut until you know everything he has to sell or pawn. Like there’s a difference. I don’t know about their prices I didn’t make it in the door. Wasn’t worth my time to deal with such an amateur child when it was completely obvious he wasn’t on my level.

Super friendly people! Fair pricing. People pawn for different reasons. Sometimes those reasons are hard, or even sad. Last Friday they were super busy,.. halfway thru my process, I had to step outside to pull myself together. The gal actually brought my paperwork and money out to me so I didn’t have to go back in the store. So sweet and kind.

We were in a pinch and needed quick cash loan on my fixie bikes. called a few places and National sounded the most promising. we came to visit and were not disappointed. Page was excellent and the transaction was painless.

Alex the manager is super awesome, he was very helpful in assisting me with me creating this jewelry piece; as well as finding a great price to create it. I also left my number for when they receive a particular revolver and they called me right away remembering my name and face. Alex has always gone out of his way to work with my budget. I'm remodeling some stuff at the house and am always in there buying another tool. Had a problem with an AC unit once....no problem. 100% refund. I'm 100% happy with this pawn shop.
