MIDFLORIDA Credit Union S U.s. Hwy, Port St. Lucie

I opened account today with Miranda Ramsey, she took her time expanding everything about account, and did a great job. got a paper that need Notary and they do it there too, for no change for members of bank. it was very nice there, very clean, very nice and very fast and good service. very close to my house, Great location for me.

Very nice and quiet credit union. I'm about to transfer all my money to them because I no longer feel that my finances are safe with banks due to too many unnecessary fees and lots of fraudulent activities. Their savings accounts also pay more interest than any other competing CU's and definitely WAY more than a bank would. The people are always nice and there is never a line.

I love my bank. They have spread out to more locations, so they are always near when I need them. I've never had a complaint, and they have taken care of my every need

I have been in Port St Lucie since August the 2019 my daughter and I use this Bank as a sister facility to our Fort Lauderdale branch...they have been professional, helpful and all of the branches are beautiful... popcorn Fridays are all that!!

I would like to thank Robert for all his help at mid Florida bank I was having several issues on transfers etc. and he was right knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed very kind and courteous I greatly appreciate that thank you again!!

They have the most comfortable chairs in which to sit while waiting for a banker. I helped myself to a Keurig brewed coffee. The nice man apologized for the wait, offered me a bottle of water, and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Regretfully, I did not bring everything I needed to properly open my new account, so I came back later in the day to finalize the transaction. Repeat the same process above, but it was a nice lady who offered me a water. The banker was very helpful, and persistent, as we had to stay after closing to fully complete the process.

Stay far away from Mid Florida Credit Union! This is not a user friendly or customer relations friendly company. They lack an online payment system. You either have to open an account or go to a branch to make a payment. I have been banking with USAA for over 15 years and never had an issue. I have never had a delinquent payment in my entire life. My dealer recommended I went with mid Florida credit union so I obliged. I had USAA send over the monthly checks for the car payment. Midflorida failed to process them and did not reach out to meTo notify me and reported it against my credit. When I was finally reached out to I have course offered to pay immediately. The department I spoke with refuse to take my payment. I eventually had to have it elevated to the head of the department and speak with an individual by the name of Jody Felix who initially refused to take my payment but did after I basically had to beg.Stay far away from this banking company If you value customer service or your credit score. I will be posting this to multiple platforms to make consumers aware.

This bank had a booth set up at the Treasure Coast brew festival in tradition square last Saturday. They had a raffle for some prize. My wife fills out a ticket for the raffle & puts her phone number on it in case she wins. MYLES who was working the booth that night proceded to take her phone number and text "hey heather its myles from mid florida what are you doing tonight?" Didn't know the prize was a date with Myles for my married wife. Very professional Credit Union staff.
