Mid-Missouri Bank S Campbell Ave, Springfield

From the moment I walked in I received fast, friendly and courteous service. I’m so glad to be apart of the Mid-Missouri Bank family. My personal banker Jazmin was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel right at home. Awesome place to do business.

So happy to find a smaller bank that cares about their customers. Our previous bank sold out and now treat their customers the same as the big banks do. Alyssa and Kim were super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the way our small, but growing, business operates as well as future needs. We checked out several other options before deciding on Mid-Mo. We returned to set up and Alyssa helped us. The transition was extremely smooth. She even answered the questions that were left in limbo by our previous bank. We’re looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Mid-Mo and their officers.

I have yet to open an account here but I have to say I definitely want to!! Between Traci and Collette this bank is hands down always friendly, professional, and helpful!! Collette handles my car insurance and she is AMAZING!! She is always on top of finding me the best coverage! Traci is always able to direct me to whoever I need to assist me with what I need if she herself can't!! Ya'll need to go here if you haven't yet!!! Big plus on Friday's they've got popcorn!🤣😉😁

Mid-Missouri Bank is amazing. Banking with them has always been easy; from welcoming staff to user-friendly mobile app! We just closed our first house yesterday and we’re so glad that we worked with them as our lender. SANDY THOMPSON is a real pro! She worked with us from the day I talked to Scott (he is heaven sent and the man you wanted to talked to when it comes to mortgage rates!) It’s our first time purchasing, and Sandy helped us regardless the time of the day and the day of the week! I feel like she has all the answers in the world, and she always made sure that me and my husband were comfortable every step. It was a stressful process, but she made it a whole lot easier! I’ve had wonderful experiences with Kim Calhoon. She is amazing! Colette has saved us a ton of money with our insurance. Rick is great to work with when you need a new home loan. Taylor and Alyssa are also so helpful and friendly.

Alyssa is amazing! She is always so personable and professional to myself and the Doctor. She is our go to girl! Go see her for any personal or business needs you have. Jerrod helps us and takes care of whatever we need on the lending side and Traci is so friendly when we come in. We truly love MidMo bank and you know that you will be taken care of here.

I came in around January after having issues with my previous bank. Jen helped set me up on a great checking account. I’m able to cash my checks, deposit checks and if needed I can finance loans or home loans through them as well! The best part of it all is that I am able to come to this location so quick and easy since I live so close! It’s always a pleasure to come to this location as they always greet me without me telling them who I am! Everyone is so nice and very well knowledgeable in what they do here at Mid Missouri bank on S Campbell!

I am so happy with my experience here. The associate who helped me was Jazmin McElroy. She was very patient with me as I had several issues to work through. I usually do not experience good customer service at banks and she was very helpful.

Hands down best service we have had with opening a new account. Jazmin was so helpful opening our accounts! She was quick and able to answer all of our questions and get us an account that worked perfect for our needs! Alyssa is the manager here and was so helpful in the final touches! This branch has the best customer service of any bank I’ve ever worked with. Carey and Sherry make the loan process very smooth. Alyssa takes care of all my accounts and makes sure I’m up to date all new products available. Taylor, Blake, Traci, Mary and Jazmin always have a smile and are very helpful when I make deposits.

My grandfather recommended Mid-Missouri Bank to me and I’ll have to say, they give excellent service especially Elizabeth and Traci. They help me set up a new checking account and they were quick and had phenomenal customer service. No wonder my grandfather banked here for 50+ years. I have told several of my friends and family to switch over to Mid-Missouri Bank! Wish more Banks had employees who cared as much as Elizabeth and Traci!

Mid Mo is great bank. This location has solved a lot of questions and they have made our life easier. The financial services we have found here, they have completed our expectations and beyond. I went in to deposit money into my wife's account and see about closing a business account. Traci Aggers assisted me in doing everything I needed and also took the time to help me open up my own checking account. She was very courteous and friendly, and answered all questions and concerns I had. She is an amazing associate and I am so glad I went in.

We worked with Taylor. She was so sweet and wonderful. She assisted us with every questions we had. She knows what she’s talking about. She made our banking experience much easier. Definitely would recommend her.

I had 2 Fraudulant charges that brought my bank account into the negative. I tried calling the company that charged me and calling my bank to see what I could do. They said I needed to come in. With my account being negative I was freaking out until I went to the Canpbell location and met Taylor. I am so grateful to have met her. While I was about to cry she assured me she would help me take care of this. Just when I thought customer service was dead she proved there is still great people out there who care. She turned my stress into hope that this can be fixed. She went above and beyond because she knew and cared how I felt. Customer service is making sure the customer feels heard and she did this in spades. Please give her a raise. Thank you so much Taylor for caring and going above and beyond. It means A lot to me!

I went to the south Campbell location in Springfield, and Blake did an excellent job helping me set up my account. Everything was quick and he made sure I wasn’t bored lol. Gave me good advice on which credit cards I should get for my very first one and even gave me advice on who can give me knowledge on finances.

The worst, and I mean worst customer service you'll ever receive. No one has a clue what's going on. There are no actual policies. This is a whoever is there type of situation. You'll get 10 different answers from 10 different people. I've held my mortgage, and personal accounts there for over 7 years, to be treated like a second class citizen. I'm in the process of refinancing elsewhere and opening accounts elsewhere. For reference stear clear of Taylor, and Mary! Neither have the slightest clue whats going on.

Alyssa is awesome! She and her crew went above and beyond to help me, but that’s standard service from this location. Highly recommend this local bank.

Traci helped me open an account for all of my children. I found her extremely helpful and was very well spoken. If I could have another wife it would be her, she was very organized and even helped with my crazy children. Brittany also opened accounts for my children and I am very grateful, although Traci stole my heart.

The absolute worse in banking. I have been a customer of Mid Mo Bank and it’s been a pleasure except this location. Their mistakes have made me come back to the bank three times in 24 for a simple thing (getting a new debit card after my card expired). If you are banking with Mid Mo stay away from this location at all cost.

Mid-Missouri bank on Campbell has been the best bank of any of the others that I have ever done business at. Every single person there has amazing customer service and really makes me feel like my business matters, I'm not just another person walking in to make them work. I have felt so fortunate every time that Jen is available for me to speak with as her customer service goes above and beyond in making me feel like I am her only customer and I can take up as much of her time as I need and no matter what, her smile and patience does not wane!

Jenn is an outstanding banker and always helpful in all ways banking. She never fails to make us feel like home.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Garrett and Rick especially are a great help! The bank has great products and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Rick Craine set up a good mortgage for me, quickly and with a minimum of trouble. He has been friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process.

Emmanuel was a great help in starting our first business account! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Megan had done a great job starting the process a few weeks earlier, and it turned out we needed more forms from our lawyer. These two bank employees are exceptional at customer service! And we're always happy to see Alexis when we come in to the bank. What a great team!

This is my favorite Mid Mo bank to visit! All the employees are so helpful and kind. I especially recommend having Jazmin help you with your banking. She was so sweet and patient with me and she was always smiling!

Had a great experience with a personal banker named Brittani She was very friendly and very eager and willing to help me and answer any questions i had. I have never had this experience before. She offered me a water or coke beverage and even informed me that on fridays they have popcorn! They even have a fancy coffee maker. Thank you for this experience Brittani.

I’ve had problems with other banks that I’ve banked with. But every since I started banking here, Brittani Harris has been the one to stand out to me the most. She helps me with questions I have and she’s also never shown any attitude towards me or my fiancé. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to because I want you guys to be aware of how she is. This bank is the bank you guys definitely should bank with! 10/10.
