No starts at all. Absolutely horrible. Went to pay my car payment with a certain amount, after counting it multiple times before handing it to the teller. As I received my receipt, it said I only gave a hundred less than what I gave! Went to talk to the supervisor and they said they recounted the till and it only equals out to be what the teller had put down. At the window, the teller asked if I even wanted cash back ( after paying more than my car payment) and I asked for it to all be put on there. At the end, I still had to waste another $80 just to make sure my car payment all equaled out. Absolutely disappointing.. would never recommend this bank.

We had a great experience talking to Amber at the Baxter location about some concerns we had. We really appreciated her assistance. However, we had called the location twice before deciding to head in. The employees we talked to on the phone were very dismissive and cold. Unfortunately, I can’t recall their names. But, again, Amber was very helpful.

I am not at all satisfied. Been with them for a couple years and they were happy to give me a small loan for a car and truck. Car is paid off and the truck will be. I have never been late for any payment...ever. They told me to come to them if I needed any more loans and I did only to be denied twice! Credit score in the 700s and making more than the minimum payments. Lady that helped me was rude and had no explanation on why I wasnt qualified for a small loan. Just told me "sorry" and that was it. Lost my business for loans Mid Minnesota.

They are getting too big for their britches, I have worked with mid min several years and have had several loans with them as well as a checking and savings account. Never late on a payment went to get a loan, my credit score is mid to upper 700's I was pre approved for much more than I was asking went to sign papers and final underwriting said oh no the rate will go up by 2 percent and can only do a 48mo instead of the 60 I was approved for. Went to Crow wing power they did the 60mo for 3 percent less than mid min not cool mid min.

My mother has banked here for 15 year and when I became POA of her accounts, they were very helpful in finding solutions for my mothers changing financial needs. I have had the pleasure of working with David W. on a couple of occasions. I really felt the small town bank "personal touch" when working with him. The Staff at the Crosby location also were very patient with my mother over the years as well. Good Job!

This is the main branch that will approve or deny your loan. Most likely deny. They have denied me every time I tried. I have great credit. Been with them over 10 years. I got a 2000 loan before with my car as collateral. Not only did I make more than the minimum payment due...the loan was paid off early. Then when they deny you, they wont tell you to your face. They just hope you figure it out for yourself. No letter...and no phone call that was promised. I only knew cause of what I found from the application status on their website. The people can be nice very little of the time otherwise they are rude quite frequently. I am searching for a new place to bank with. I would recommend anyone else do the same.

I worked with Ginger on getting my home loan. She was very patient and explained the process and helped made the fist time home buyer process enjoyable rather then scary and stressful! They were thorough with the process and were quick to answer any questions I had. **I never felt rushed or pushed into anything through the process.** I had a approval from a competing lender but the competitive rates and local servicing of my loan at Mid Minnesota was what finalized my decision to go with them. I highly recommend this place for people looking for a mortgage!
