I have worked for Craftsman Window Coverings for 21 yrs and we've changed processors many times. I'm so impressed with US Card Systems level of service that I will never change processors again ! We've been working with them for 4 yrs now. They have been true to their word at keeping rates down, it's easy to reach a real person for help with issues and they are friendly, professional and quick to respond.

I am a Bar owner in a very small town in Southern MN. After many years of paying the rates that credit card processing companies charge, I reached out to US Card Systems to negotiate a better rate for me. They were successful in getting me a better rate and was able to save me substantial money each year. I would recommend their service for small business operators.

They helped me get my previous processor's prices down as we were paying way too much. We then switched our account to U S Card Systems and saved even more. Thay are easy to work with and contact when we need help.

Card processor never worked outside of building like promised as our business is mobile, refuse to end contract due poor credit card terminal signal, wouldn't take a credit card after a while if it had a chip, C.C. terminal didn't work like it was promised to do. They don't return calls or emails, still being billed monthly for a service that hasn't been used since 2017

US Card Systems have been the best processor I have ever used! I've tried several others who promised savings and yet always came back to bite me in the end. I'd come back to US and they were friendly and straight forward with all fees and charges. In the field of credit card processors, finding someone you can trust, is very hard. But these folks have earned my trust and business and that of four of my friends as well.

Royal Dutchman Resort, LLC has been a customer with US Card Systems for over 8 years already. We have had the best customer service when it came to setting up our account, switching from taking cards via the computer to a terminal, and getting excellent help when an update to the terminal crashed it. US Card Systems got us back up and running via the computer to take payments while we waited for a new terminal to get here. Wrina is the kindest and sweetest person I have talked to. She is very helpful and will go to bat for you no matter what. We have been approached by other companies to switch but the customer service and the great rates is what makes us stay with the company.
