I will be recommending Tim Mayer for anyone looking to buy or refinance (he was recommended to me by a colleague). He was able to understand my situation, help determine my best path forward, and execute every part of the home buying process on time (21 day close!), without any issues, and for significantly less than my own bank. Tim made it a team effort and it's clear he truly cares about his clients' best interest. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed!

If there is an indication about how much you trust someone let it be that not only did we use Duy Vu when we closed on our home, we refinanced with him TWICE as rates dropped significantly. He and his team are A1 and while I don’t think I can secure a lower rate, I have personally recommended him to every friend looking for a Loan Officer. Duy and his team are so effective at getting you what you need and making it easy for your to understand what your obligations are through the loan process. I highly recommend his company.

When I initially started the “House” process others told me how stressed out I would be, how much work it really was, etc based upon their experiences with other Mortgage Companies. The rates he locked me in at ended up being lower than originally expected, his company's fees are very competitive and he was super pleasant to work with.
