I had a good experience at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My sales person Nick Fugate was easy to contact prior to my arrival, the jeep was pulled out, cleaned off and warm for me to test drive. He was knowledgeable and honest. I really appreciated the fact that he was not pushy about the purchase. He was easy to contact after the purchase with a question and was quick to answer my concern. Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle in years. Cedric was super helpful, and on the spot for my trade-in and purchase. I live 10 hours away, and even with trailering my trade, driving a full day, purchasing and trailering the new car back home it was the easiest process ever. Super fair on my trade in value, and they did everything they could to make signing docs as quick as possible to get me back on the road to drive home. Can't recommend Jake Sweeney Chrysler, and specifically Cedrick enough!

Just bought a loaded 2022 Jeep Summit Reserve from Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge. It was the fastest and most enjoyable new car purchase I’ve ever made. I've been going to Sweeney CDJR for years for service. I've always been treated well and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me anything I didn't need. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were really busy but they handle the volume well. My service advisor, Connie, told me it would take about 90 minutes. It took 90 minutes and was reasonably priced. They have a comfortable waiting area and fresh coffee. What more can you ask for?

Justin Gwinn is a garbage salesman. Offers to put a cash deposit on a hard to Jeep. Justin said don’t worry “I got you” within minutes we had him pics of our trades and had our own financing secured. Filled out their credit ap as well just to see if they might be able to beat our rates. Long story short he ghosted us found out this morning the 95k Jeep was sold. My experience was absolutely terrible on 3/15/2022. I was denied to test drive a grand wagoneer. The salesman asked for my drivers license and insurance in which I gave him. He asked if I wanted to prequalify in which I stated no I’d like to drive it first. He started asking about my car loan and telling me he couldn’t find my car loan ect in which I couldn’t understand what that had to do with me test driving the car. I told him to go get the policy that states that I had to prequalify. He couldn’t produce it.

I would be very cautious when dealing with this company. Found a car online and contacted the dealership. Had a quick response from Justin Gwinn. He verified it was the correct vehicle and even sent me additional pictures of the interior and was trying to find a day to come in for a test drive. The very next day the price of the vehicle was increased by $7000. I had to find out by just happening to view the vehicle again on the web. Justin would no longer respond to email or text messages. Admit to your mistake or admit you are just trying to scam me. Either way own it and respond to possible customers. Ignoring customers doesn’t seem to be good business practice or ethical.

First time truck buyer. Eric Fuss was a friendly salesman who helped me purchase my new vehicle. Very attentive, asked questions and did his best to meet my needs. I wished finance discussed pricing and went through the break down with me since I said this was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I didn’t realize how expensive extended warranties along with other expenses could be. However, they were very nice and did explain what the added were and what they did for me. This was by far the quickest and smoothest dealer transaction I've had in a long time. I met Mike Sunderman over the phone, and told him exactly what I needed him to do so that we could lease two vehicles. We had some specific needs as well. By the next day, Mike had all of the pertinent numbers and information I needed in order to make a decision. He never once told me what I was going to do, he simply presented the information without bias, and allowed me to make up my own mind. Mike got me the vehicles I need, at the payments I needed. He then obtained the vehicles from another location, and we were able to complete all of the financial arrangements electronically. I was able to walk into the facility, our vehicles were ready, and the paperwork was completed within fifteen to twenty minutes. Thank you Mike Sunderman and the team at Jake Sweeney. When these leases are over, we will be back!

Starting with Eddie in Service, very attentive, thorough and again greeted with huge smile and felt like family. If you call and have any questions or concerns he goes out of the way to get the questions answered and your concerns resolved in a timely manner. His follow-up is the best I have ever had. This isn't my first Jeep however is the 1st with Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Tri-County And Eddie makes sure your taken care from start to finish .I first met Eddie while getting my previous Jeep from another dealership serviced and he made sure to take care of everything and all the leg work to get me back into a safe vehicle. Again this being my first time working with Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep, and I can't say anything bad about the service from start to finish. I then stopped by just to look at their inventory and was greeted by Jay the Sales Representative. Greeted me with a huge smile and hand shake and treated me as a person vs another sale or money in his pocket. He took the time to stay after closing to make sure the sale, financing went well and helped me transfer all my belongings into the new vehicle even with the temperature in the high 90's and very humid. I was in the mood for some time to upgrade my Dodge hot rod for a new one. I met salesman Hunter Leighton. Very nice young man. He made the buying experience very laid back and easy. Easier than going grocery shopping. We built a number of hot rods on Dodge website and I picked my favorite. With a small down payment the car was ordered and we were off and running. He kept me posted on the progress of the car like he promised and it came in a little sooner than expected. He called about a week after it was in paint and said " your awesome looking car came in today, would you like to pick it up this evening? " I said ," HECK YEAH I DO !" lol. I get compliments EVERY time I'm out and about in it just like my last Dodge. If you need a new vehicle give Hunter a chance. You won't regret it. Unfortunately i will not be buying my next car from here. It would take a mind blowing deal to get me to come back. The reason I am going with 3 stars is because My sales guy was great. If it was not for him, it would be a 2. Pricing i think could be better, service department needs alot of work. Way to slow, even before Covid. Customers should be updated daily on the status of there vehicle whether by phone, text, email, or by App.

I’m calling this review “3 or 4” it could have been more. I’m referring to the number of stars. If you look at my other reviews I have a tendency to lean toward the high end of the positivity spectrum when leaving reviews. The one thing that I take seriously is customer service or lack thereof. I don’t believe that the customer is always right but they should always be respected. I recently had my Dodge Grand Caravan serviced and it needed a new starter, front and back rotors and pads, new emergency brake cables and all 4 new tires. Over $2500 in services. It’s a 2014 and I won’t question those services because I believe they were necessary. What I found on my bill that I didn’t request or view as necessary were new wipers. This may seem trivial but the price on the other services already stressed my budget and I wasn’t informed about the wipers. Valvoline had changed my front wipers close to four months ago and because of that I asked them to call me and tell me why that charge was on my bill. I missed the call and received a message in my voice mail that said,”sorry I forgot to tell you that we changed your wipers, I don’t know who did them for you but they were falling apart so we did that for you.” Yeah, you did...but you charged me so I should have been given a choice, especially considering the wipers weren’t that old and I wasn’t having issues with them that I knew of. I would have requested Valvoline fix them. Also, apologizing and then saying deal with it over voice mail sucks, no matter how you phrase it! Now to be fair the woman accepting the payments had excellent customer service and the employee who left me the message did tell me on Thursday that he would try to get my car finished before Saturday so I could take my daughter to her ACT testing and he called me on Friday to pick it up. Even though I was unable to get it that evening, he got it done and I appreciate that! As of today my brakes are functioning excellently, it starts like it should, and I do feel a difference with the new tires on. Maybe next time let me know about any service big or small before performing it. It may seem minor to you but any additional cost could be major to the customer! Also, if something like that happens in the future avoid the condescending voice mail and speak to the person. This visit should have been a four or more but due to the response on my question about an unauthorized service...it’s a three for me.

Kaitlin K. had the unfortunate task of bringing me not one, but two pieces of unwelcome news while I waited to have my car serviced. First, that the process was going to be more expensive than I first thought, then later - after having already been waiting more than 2 hours - that it wasn't able to be completed due to an equipment malfunction. Rather than asking me to return another time, however, she went above and beyond, finding a solution with a neighboring dealership. Yes, it was an extremely long, expensive day, but I walked out with a repaired (and clean) car, and as pleasant an experience as I could've had, under the circumstances. That's a level of customer service I don't see much any more, and I appreciate it very much.

I schedule my 2011 Ram truck for service. A recall, oil change and new key fob. The parts were ordered a week ahead of my appointment date. I dropped off my truck on the scheduled date. That afternoon, the service department called and stated they needed another day. The following day, I left a message asking for an update. No call back. I called again and spoke with someone in service. They informed me, over the two days, no work was completed on my truck. They cited employee shortage and parts. I knew the part line, didn't apply in my case. They offered no loaner car. I pointed out, that I could've been driving my truck the last two days and when they were ready, call me. The service representative stated, that be like going to Kings Island and cutting in line. I told her to have my keys ready and I picked up my truck and left with zero service.

I had a great experience at Jake Sweeney Chrysler. I was looking for something specific— they didn’t have ANY hidden fees like other dealerships, and they were SO patient. My salesman was Charlie Harper and I cannot give him enough credit. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and literally dealt with each emotion I went through. I never once felt pressured and he made us feel like a part of a family. I’ve never had this type of experience before and it’s definitely one to remember. We also had Gary A. for finance and he was amazing as well. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal and was very patient with all of the questions I had as well as allowed us to talk through each option. He generally cared about how I felt and I can’t thank him enough. I had such an amazing experience and I am so in love with my brand new Ram Truck! Service department is excellent and very helpful. Ask for Remi. Dont take anyone's word in the sales department. Have an independent mechanic review the car. I had a chip in the windshield a week after I bought the car and went to have it fixed. Apparently the chip and crack was already fixed but started to spread. Only option was to replace the windshield a week after I bought it. Talked to Ron and he tried telling me his own cars windshield just got hit with a rock after I told him about mine. Didnt take responsibility and told me he didnt give a **** about my windshield and it's now my problem as its left the lot.

Just got my New Jeep Gladiator from Marty at Jake Sweeney! I LOVE IT! Marty D was AWESOME. My mom and brother just bought their jeeps from him. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying. I’ve never been a fan of the process because of past experiences and feeling like they just wanted to make a sale. But Marty gets you in the car you want and has the knowledge to back it so you can make the most practical decision. We talked numbers and expectations and he laid out every option for me so I could choose what was more practical for me. It was a busier day and others were ahead of me. Marty communicated every part of the process and accommodated me and made me feel comfortable as they took great care of everyone including me. Thanks again! I recently purchased a Jeep from Andy at the dealership and my experience was top notch. I'm two hours away and it was still best car buying experience I've been through. Andy was laid back, not pushy, and answered all questions I had. The F&I process did take a little bit, however; that makes sense if all of their salesmen/women take the same approach as Andy. Honesty is the key for these folks, drove from 3 hours away and the Edge was100% as he described on the phone. Very straight forward communication, the whole process was seamless. I was looking for a specific 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in a limited edition color with certain specs. I searched the Jeep.com website and found only 1 left within a 300 mile radius which happened to be here at Jake Sweeney. I called them up to inquire about it and was able to put down a hold so that I could drive there to come get my dream jeep. Thank you so much for making the whole process easy! We had a great experience on our most recent purchase. We were given a link to begin the financing before we got to the dealership so when we walked in the door, we were ready to go. Victoria Franklin, our salesperson was great and worked on our behalf, even letting us know that the drivers scuffed the bumper and set up a replacement over the phone the next day. Overall we were very happy with our purchase experience.

As a Cincinnati native returning after several years away in the South, I knew I needed to get an AWD/4WD vehicle as soon as possible. After an extensive online search, I found my perfect SUV (a 1-year old used Lexus with low miles) on the Jake Sweeney website. I was lucky enough to work with Andy Hill to complete my purchase. He took care of everything, including arranging my financing and all of my paperwork long distance before I moved and all I needed to do was come in for a test drive and sign to complete the sale when I arrived in town. He and the great team at Jake Sweeney set me up with an additional warranty plan that covers practically anything and everything on my vehicle way past the manufacturer provided warranty. And they even patiently waited for over a week for my movers to get my stuff delivered so I could retrieve the original title for my trade-in. I will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. 100% satisfied customer!

Service department customer service sucks. They don't like to return phone calls and getting updates on service being done to your car isn't an easy task. They've had my car for almost 2 weeks and wouldn't give me a loaner. My car doesn't even have 32k miles on it this is not how to do business with someone who has a new car and it's under warranty. Smh. Wish the service department was as great as the sales department team that sold me car. Unfortunately, the service department has made my experience at Jake Sweeney a horrible one and for that I will not recommend them to anyone.

I came in with my wife to turn in a leased vehicle. We met sales expert Jabari Watkins. He retrieved 2 vehicles we wanted to test drive and we were quickly on the 1st test drive within minutes of being there. Jabari was friendly, had a great sense of humor, and very professional. Very upset with this place . I traded my 2013 Dodge Dart in to this company for my 2012 Dodge Challenger and was basically sent out the door as if this challenger was fine . Right as we are walking out to my new car , we notice a HUGE dent in the side of my car. Mind you I took pictures of this car a few days prior when we came to test drive it. (No dent in sight) . But they tried to tell me it was already there . Until I was able to prove it with the picture, so that was weird . Then we move on a week later and my first engine light pops on for a thermostat issue … they gave me a beat around the bush kind of situation when trying to even get my car in there to get taken care of but they finally help with that . But , after that things seemed all fine . 1 day later another engine light pops on. FAILING CATIYLAC CONVERTER … bacically what I was told was “we can’t do anything about that” and that was all. Now , the car has a dead battery every time I leave it to sit cause it has a latch assembly problem as well. I’m VERY VERY VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PLACE. And I honestly feel I was taken advantage of … I never will send someone here to purchase a car ever again.

I got quoted on a Silverado for $449 online. Made arrangements to test drive it. Drove over an hour to look at it but they sold it and had no other truck to offer in my price range. Not cool.

Seriously considering going back to Toyota! The worst experience of my life! One day my 2018 Jeep wrangler didn't start. The service rep tested the alternator and said it was bad. Jake Sweeney says everything is covered under my extended warranty, so i had it towed there. Three days later they said it wasn't the alternator it was the battery so they put a new one in and it's fine now. They said unfortunately the battery is not covered under my warranty. $315 for the battery, $120 to install, a $132 sur charge and taxes. Oh and don't forget the $120 tow charge! Over $600 dollars for a battery that wasn't even 3yrs old! This is after i spent $68,000 on a brand new Jeep! I could have bought a new battery for $50 cheaper with a 5 yr warranty and put it in in under 10 min. NO... I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK TO TOYOTA!!!!!

Got an Alfa Romeo that has a rare oil filter that even Alfa dealers don’t even have in stock right now but this place had it and they charged a very affordable price to get the oil change for a car like this. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees. Ps their French vanilla coffee is phenomenal.

Go see Cedric-Burns Davis, he also has a Facebook (the way I spelled it is how you can search) he is a very fast responder & he will get you in something nice & reliable.. he takes kids & all into consideration when trying to select a car just right for you & the family. Used car purchase Sales guy was amazing and that was about it. Received the car no gas in it neither license plate lights worked. Two tires had nails in them in non patchable spots. Oil was pitch black and low like nobody changed it before my purchase. I saw the car before it was cleaned up the detail shop buffed the car and destroyed the paint buffer trails everywhere, swirled paint and spots where they burnt straight through the paint to the metal as well as melted a marker light the car is most likely going to need a paint job at this point. When I originally looked at the car the battery was weak they told us it was because the detailer was listening to music that they would charge it and the battery would be fine it wasn’t and had to be replaced.

Hello, I went car shopping at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM last Saturday 11/24/18 to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Michael Gresham , who made me feel comfortable right from the start while on the showroom floor. He showed me around and guided me through the available cars that was within my budget and didn't try to up sale me. I've purchased new cars in the past. However, I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Michael was very informative and he provided every answer to my questions and even sent me a video to download to my phone to show me how to navigate my new Jeep and set up my phone to my Jeep. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good jobs and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Michael who delivered incredible service and gave me a very pleasant experience is a welcome change to the "norm". He is most certainly an exception to the rule! Jake Sweeney Service is a joke. I bought some New Brakes and Rotors for almost $2,000. That come with 12,000mile/12month warranty. Couple months later I’m having issues, I call in for a service. I get there, they diagnose the car and tell me the issue is from my rotors basically. I tell them I have the warranty, I just came in not to long ago. The service manager tell me they declining my warranty because of the performance of how I drive my car?! What sense does that make? It haven’t been 12 months or 12,000 miles. Never spend money there. Chris Owens is not a good Service manager.

My husband & I were in Cincinnati visiting family over Labor Day weekend when our Grand Cherokee battery light came on. The engine was smoking. Original plan was oil change & service for my Jeep. Todd (advisor) in the service department was professional and I was in/out quickly for what was being done to my vehicle. I then decided I wanted to purchase a new car! I had a great experience purchasing my 2nd vehicle from the Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM dealership and my families 5th purchase from them. The salesman Kenny was professional with good customer service and very transparent through the entire process. He helped (me) a very indecisive customer narrow down my choices of vehicles from my long list of wants and helped me remain within my budget. The finance rep Mike is a funny guy, however still professional. He was very upfront and informative with the finance portion of my car buying experience. I requested a price for a vehicle through TrueCar from this dealership on Thursday, May 27th. The price I received was in line with those I received from other dealerships and was stated to be good until June 1st. I was contacted by Kenneth Haro regarding this vehicle. We spoke on Thursday and then again on Friday. I agreed to provide a deposit for him to hold the vehicle until I could come see it the following day. Ken was nice enough to go in on his day off to take care of this for me. After making the 5 hour drive to see the vehicle Saturday morning, I took it for a test drive, and then sat down with Ken to discuss the deal. When reviewing the paperwork, I noticed that the sales price was not what I received from them on Thursday. When I questioned it, Ken went to talk to his sales manager. When he came back, they had made only a slight adjustment to the price, but it was still significantly higher than the price they had previously given me. After a couple more trips to speak with the sales manager, Ken said there was nothing more he could do and I would need to speak with the sales manager directly. A little while later, the sales manager came over and sat down. He rudely stated they would not honor the price I had received. I asked him why, and all he had to say is "things change." I pointed out that the price I was given was supposed to be good until June 1st. He again just refused to meet the price without any further justification. I was finally fed up and left without the vehicle. I know the reason why they wouldn't sale me the vehicle for the quoted price was because the vehicle was hard to find and they knew they had several other people interested in it and that they could get more money from them. I ended up wasting more than 12 hours of my day, with 10 of those being driving. Despite the fact that Ken was very kind and seemed genuinely upset about the situation, I will NEVER do business with any Jake Sweeney dealership in the future and would urge anyone thinking of doing so to use caution and be aware that this dealership is dishonest and can't be trusted. One additional note, they also refused to offer what my trade-in was worth, despite me having offers in hand from other dealerships.

We are proudly leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee L (Long) from Jake Sweeney Jeep today. It is BEAUTIFUL, comfortable, safe, modern, and really exciting to drive. Our neighbors keep stopping by asking to see the inside of the car. If you are in the market for a 6 seat SUV with modern technology and a beautiful interior this is the car for you. The Jeep Grand Cherokee L has a far superior the look, feel, and features of our previous expensive imported SUV at a lower lease payment. Nick Fugate was our sales associate and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. A no pressure sales person who listened to our needs and gave us the best car for us. Todd Ohnmeis in finance explained everything to me in detail. We purchased the Image Guard Protection plan which covers any damage inside and out, lost keys, and emergency assistance. Overall this experience was a 12 out of 10!! We were treated with so much respect and kindness. We will be back in a month to lease a second Jeep from Jake Sweeney Jeep. Nick Fugate

I am so happy that I brought my car here. I got top notch service. I was greeted when I got there with a smile and wisked away to see what my car needs were. They ended up having to keep my car overnight due to a recall that I knew nothing about but they let me have a loaner to get home. My car is running great. Dropped off my Jeep a couple times to service, and they have never failed to meet a return deadline. One time dropped off Jeep to get radio issues fixed. Not cheap to fix but, they replaced the FM/AM radio. Month or so later, I get a UPS package with my high school favorite CD that I left inside the radio that was removed. Completely forgot about it, returned to me unprompted. Made my day, good luck finding customer service like that anywhere else.

Great Service!! This is my 3rd time coming here for a service, and the guys here in the service center are next level when it comes to professionalism. They always give you great deals on service. Nothing ever seems excessively priced. I usually bring my own oil and filter, but the guys here are always happy to do the oil change. Plus I only pay like $40 for an oil change when a typical one is for my car is almost $100. These guys do a great job here and I will continue to come back again and again.

From the time of our first phone call to the time we drove away from the dealership with our new truck, she was very helpful, honest, pleasant and informative. Very pleasant experience. I also want to give a shout-out to the finance department, Mike Gaunt was very helpful and informative and went out of his way to find us the best interest rate available. He also took the time to speak to us on a personal level and give us helpful advice. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them — even if it means driving all the way from Tennessee again!!

I would recommend buying a car here as my salesman was fantastic and the ability to help with financing was super superb BUT if you have to have service done for whatever reason, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with that. After purchasing my car, I was told there was something wrong with the back hatch on 2020 Dodge Journey. After some back and forth on making an appointment, once I arrived they had no idea why I was there. I was then asked, there’s only 3k miles on this car, what did you do to the hatch? To which I told her, I didn’t do this, I purchased the car with this issue and was told I would receive a full tank of gas for having to come back in. Which I did not receive because the lady at the service desk did not believe my salesman promised that. This is the third dodge we have purchased since 2015 and I am highly disappointed so far this time. So make sure you get everything in writing and good luck with the service department who does not communicate well with anyone else.
