I bought my new CX-5 from them yesterday and I can’t praise them enough! Joe Collins went absolutely above and beyond for me. He was patient while I worked with my credit union and kept his word. Before arriving at Jake Sweeney we shopped at another local big name dealer and trust me there is NO COMPARISON in the treatment we received. It’s worth mentioning that they also valued my trade in at the fairest price and there was no haggling involved. A straight forward and great experience. Go see Joe at Jake Sweeney Mazda. My husband and I were having difficulty deciding on what car we would like to get. Keith Jenkins was an excellent salesman that was not in our face. He provided great resources, checked up to make sure all of our questions were answered, and was patient as we decided what was best for our family. He also responded on his days off! We were confident when we went to buy our vehicle. One part that I wish we would have known before getting to the finance office was that there was an automatic paint protection charge to the overall cost. While we are happy to have this on our vehicle, it would have been nice to have the choice to decline it. Other than that, our experience was awesome and we are so happy with our brand new CX-5 carbon edition.

What a great car buying experience! Everyone on the team was so helpful and friendly. We've purchased a lot of cars in our lives and none have gone so smoothly. Jason greeted us on the lot and showed his expertise from the get go. He answered every question and was patient and kind throughout the process. As we wrapped up the paperwork completed with Zachary, the finance guy, Jason took us to meet the sales department. Ben was friendly and introduced us to each member of his team. We've never had this happen before so it really impressed us. This day started being pretty stressful. My husband's car had died all at once and we HAD to have a car - and quickly. We didn't share this with anyone at the dealership. Zachary, and Ben were all so professional. By the end of the day, Jason felt like an old friend and we were joking as if we had known him for years. Buy your car here! You won't be sorry!!

Just leased our car from Jake Sweeney & it was truly such an overall wonderful experience. We had to wait for the car that we were interested in to arrive but it was well worth it. I had a fantastic buying experience. Found the Mazda 3 hatchback in the color combination I wanted. When i submitted by car for a trade estimate on there website I was promptly contacted by the sales manager Tony. Then shortly after a phone call from Brian, who answered all my question and was also able to hold the car for me for a few days until I could make it down from Michigan. Did the 4 hour drive and it was worth it, Brian was great set me up with the car answered all my questions about the mazda 3 functions and features. Even the finance experience was great, Mike answered all my questions and even got me a loan through my preferred bank. The dealership was super nice everyone there was nice. Jake Sweeney Tri-County is my new favorite place to buy/lease a car! I used to go to Kings Mazda because they did have the best customer service, but they’ve really fallen flat over the past few years. So when my lease was up, I followed Kris who used to be at Kings to Jake Sweeney (saw him on a commercial!) he was always so kind and helpful and just all around a really nice guy and I really wanted another Mazda, so we went there! You knocked it out of the park Kris! I had every option laid out in front of me, all my questions answered, and no pressure whatsoever. Just bought a car! Wow what a most disagreeable experience looking for your next car can be. I have spent nearly two months at this. I just stumbled across Jake Sweeny Mazda. Did not expect too much was pretty Jaded by now. Got this salesman named Terry. Sounded like all the rest. Nice and all. Well I had found a car that I liked there in the adds and Terry was the guy that talked to me on the phone so I made an appointment to meet him in a few days. Well Terry sent me a nice reminder the day before. Good points for Terry and Jake Sweeny. I went in on the appointed day and am met coming in by this guy that had to have played basketball for some pro team. The man is tall. Just as nice as he is tall he offered me coffee or soft drink. Point two for both Terry and the dealership that employed him. Well we talked and Terry takes me and shows me the car. He stood by the door telling me about the stuff I did not know about. I told him to get in he said “ no you take it by yourself” more points earned. I drove it and decided I wanted it. I went back and told Terry. We negotiated and he went back and talked ( about two minutes) came back and said we have a deal. Never have I bought a car before and had it go so smoothly. Terry then takes me out to the service area and introduces me to Ben. I am used to being treated very well and this was no exception. I asked Ben for some information and he jumped right on it. Gave me the data immediately. I had to go see the finance manager next where you usually are put through the ringer. Surprise, not here Mike sped me through this tedious process. More points for the Jake Sweeny dealership. So far all pluses no negatives. Deal is done I go to leave and Terry is getting me a new key, well an extra key programmed. Well that took forever no fault of one more of the so far 100% of the Jake Sweeny people from one end to the other. No insincere people just nice not like a lot of places but genuinely nice people. Today I went back with the bank check to pay for it . Everyone was still nice after I bought the car . Wow! While I visited with Terry, Ben the service guy came by and told me the upgrades that I wanted would be in in a couple of days and he would call me to set up an appointment. While I talked to Terry about my veterans plate and being proud of it and wanting it or one just like it for my new car the salesman next door said let me see that plate . Another man nice as can be with a ball cap on his head showing he was a vet also. Seems I need to produce my DD 214 . This fellow vet with no skin in the game said to Terry “you get that copy to me I will take care of it” then he thanked me for my service. I feel ashamed that I failed to get this accommodating fellow vet’s name but I am sure he can be identified by my description . I tell you I have never been invited to someone’s house and been treated any nicer than by these folks at Jake Sweeny on Northland. Never! This is the reason I gave the Five Stars. You can’t give them six. I do have one complaint on second thought. Their soft drink refrigerator does not have any regular cokes in it, only diet. This is very close to getting a half a star reduction.😁

i have purchased many Mazda vehicles from Kris Miller over the years. I was happy he was still selling Mazda's in town and was happy to go to Jake Sweeney to make my latest purchase. He is one of the best in the business and makes the transaction seamless from start to finish. I know the numbers before I ever walk into the showroom and there is never any pressure to purchase. It is a quick and easy buying process, how car buying should be. This latest experience buying my 2020 Miata was no different. World class experience as usual from Kris. Jason Vaughn was also super helpful with the transaction and was super attentive and knowledgeable also. I highly recommend this team.

We live 3 hours away and found the used truck we'd been searching for at Jake Sweeney Mazda. We called and spoke to Kevin, told him we were interested and how long it would take us to get there. Even though it would be close to their closing time he told us to come on and he'd have everything ready. We did a test drive when we got there and were still out the door with our "new to us" truck in under 2 hours. Great truck and a great experience!!

Called at 8 am on a Monday morning, They got me in three hours later for a complementary oil change. I didn’t purchase my car from this location, but they still treated me very well. Todd, the advisor, called me within an hour and a half of dropping my car off. Definitely prefer this location. Staff was very helpful, prompt, and professional. Now considering their flexible payment plans to get all of the blows and whistles on my new car- will be back!

Best experience buying a car here in 2019! No pressure at all! Went in with my budget in mind and told them what I wanted they were able to work out everything I wanted! I’ve been going there for the oil changes and tire rotations since I bought the car, and they are amazing! They don’t try to upsell services you don’t need and listen to all your needs. 10/10

My Mazda needed a few recalls to be serviced and we came to this location. I was told that my vehicle would be done in a day and it has been a week and still no repairs have been done to my vehicle. I kept getting the runaround apart parts arriving and I just didn't feel like they didn't really value me as a customer because my repairs were through a recall. Never will come to them again.. Highly disappointed

Was in a bind for a vehicle and had put a deposit down at another dealership for another brand car. After weeks of delivery due dates changing, we made one final push to try and find a vehicle within our “recommended” criteria and we landed on the 23’ cx-50. Jake Sweeney was the only one close that had one in stock. I called them about 10 minutes before closing on Friday to verify the vehicle was there, which it was. The wife and I showed up at open time the next day and we’re greeted by Jason Vaughn and he made the purchase extremely flawless and smooth. The whole team at jake Sweeney makes you feel like family and like they actually want to give you the best deal they can. I even got to save some money for already owning a Mazda! Will 100% recommend this dealership for others and I will be back in the future for another new vehicle.

VERY poor communication and gave me false information. I got an offer from from TrueCar to buy my BMW which is linked to dealerships in my area. Jake Sweeney Mazda reached out to me to let me know that they were very interested in buying my BMW. I called them, confirmed everything I needed to bring in, set an appointment with them today for a side-by-side appraisal, and was told they will take care of the rest. I drove 25 minutes to their dealership (putting extra-unneeded miles on a car I’m trying to sell) and when I arrived they told me the exact opposite information that I received over the phone. They told me that they do not do side-by-side appraisals on BMW’s and straight up told me to go to the BMW dealership because they could not help me nor buy my BMW…. I then reached out to the person who reached out to me for clarification and never got a response. I then drove another 25 minutes home (a total of 1 hour of driving/wasting miles on my car). This was a complete WASTE of my time and was the worst experience I could possibly have. Because of this - I will never do any business with Jake Sweeney Mazda in the future and 100% do NOT recommend them.

From the first few moments of meeting our sales rep, we were treated with an unusual air of contention. He was neither welcoming nor friendly. The rep made it clear that he did not approve of my arriving a few minutes early to view the blue 2018 Mazda 3 (VIN # 3MZBN1W35JM256275); he exhibited an unusually flustered and defensive nature as I questioned him about the vehicle damage I had discovered and why the so-called "certified" inspection sheet had marked these elements as having passed (e.g., a chipped windshield, a cracked front bumper, dents, etc.). The questions and observations I had posed were by no means out of line and my girlfriend and I were quite taken aback by his unprofessional behavior. From start to finish (we obviously didn't buy the vehicle), our experience couldn't have been more negative. We will never, ever, look to Jake Sweeney for a car again.

I didn't end up buying here while I was shopping for a used car, but Terry was very helpful. Their inventory didn't have quite the right car for me, and Terry was very good about listening to my concerns and addressing them with helpful, thoughtful suggestions, questions and inputs. Communication, repairs in a timely fashion and costumer service could be improved. I was very dissatisfied with my experience with Jake Sweeney Mazda. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2015 and never have I experienced such poor costumer service. It took over a month to repair my car.. every time I called to check up on my vehicle I was placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Yesterday, I asked the service “manager” for a discount. He simply took off $60 from my original $1,000 plus bill. He might as well spit in my face. He claimed they tried to notify me that my car was finished 2 weeks ago... I never received an Email, text or phone call. I told this “manager” that I’ll be taking my business else where if he doesn’t compensate me for my troubles. He still only offered to take off $60... I wouldn’t take my pogo stick to get repaired here. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was my first service appointment at Sweeney with my new Mazda 3. It was a good experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner. Brandon, who sold me the car was also there to greet me and asked how I like the car. That was a nice touch. My oil change and tire rotation were completed efficiently.
