By far the best service I've had in a punch up the bald guy just didn't went above and beyond to help ensure that I left with the wedding rings I had pawned. He also gave us a great deal on a few other items. I've used a lot of different pawn shops in Reno this is above and beyond any service I would give it 10 Stars if I could.

I was in there a couple days ago just browsing around. Elaina was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. She had great customer service skills and answered all the questions I had. Every store needs an employee like her and I would return just because of my experience with her!

Sold me a fake 14k chain. Then when I tried returning it got thrown out of the building and called a liar. Basically tried saying I had a fake copy of the chain made at exact weight. Worst treatment I have ever had. First thing lady tried saying is I don't have a chain like that when there are two in the display next to her. Update. Was reimbursed by a different metro pawn. Will not return here.

I pawned a lot of DJ electronics & music equipment for cash & they really helped me out when I was in a pinch. I am forever grateful to this pawnshop & the excellent individuals who run it. Super nice and the workers make me feel like I’m a family. Great selection of everything. The employees, Calvin, Justin, and Glena are very helpful and nice. They helped me get AirPods Pro’s for 120. I also got instant cash for selling one of my Nintendo dis games. Definitely recommend over super pawn cash America the bald guy gave me an air gun for a car for free. Great shop!

Awesome experience! I went in originally to ask for information. I am not from the area and needed direction. As soon as I walked into the store I was amazed at how diverse and detailed all of the inventory. The bald guy was very informative and Glenna was quick to take my money. Just kidding about Glenna. These two welcome you into their store and engage with you the entire time. They answer all your questions about their products and treat you like family the whole time. Thanks again

Elaina was super nice and willing to give me the price i needed to get for the item I pawned. I will continue to do my business here and only here it’s really nice when you can go into a business and get treated with amazing customer service there’s not a lot of that now a days. Yes Britney over at West 5th Street Metro Pawn has the most respectable politeness and courtesy I have seen in a long time I'm a pawn shop in almost like a pawn shop they treated you like people not customers she's very knowledgeable about everything I was asking about about every diverse thing in the store it's like she study eat item individually I definitely will be returning there for sure even if it's just to see the warm Smiles on their faces

Great location, they’ve always been really solid with me and will offer bigger loans after you come back for your items. Justin, the bald guy, was a lot of help. It’s the only shop I go to in town anymore thanks to their staff. Usually have some good music gear too.
