I would like to share my experience with Metro Pawn Glendale location. Ive been using this location and Gabby, (store manager) and Matt (store associate) have always given me top notch professional service. They are highly qualified and make the experience well worth my time when needed. Thank you !

Every time I come in the customer service and over all quality of people workin there are sincerely amazing, especially Gabby and Carolina they always make sure I leave a happy pawner or customer depending on the day haha. They also have a great selection of stuff thats pretty reasonably priced

They changed there on line payment options didn't call and let me know... end of the day I lost some of my valuables do to this change and I couldn't access my account information. by the time I go in to find out what's up... I've lost my things. this bites.. not fair practice. I feel wronged.

I have been a customer of metro pawn for at least 15 years...the employees are fantastic, they're knowledgeable, kind, and offer tremendous customer service, however, metro pawn was recently bought by a large chain company and the process in which you buy and sell there is now completely different than before....and though I will continue to shop at metro pawn, I am very displeased with this new way and will no longer refer anybody to these stores...and, the loan is due 21 days sooner with a higher interest rate then it was prior to the change of ownership....it also takes much longer then before because the new owners do not allow the sales people to rewrite the same loan again...no, they have to start over again and what used to take a few minutes now takes upward of 15 minutes or more. It's horrible. Again, the staff is amazing and they deserve to have return customers and repeat buyers, but your new way sucks!!

Had a great first time experience at this pawn shop! I am not too experienced when it comes to purchasing electronics but Israel helped me find and understand the perfect console for my 9 year old son. He went above and beyond to show me how it would work so I can set it up at home for my son. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations and doing more than what you’re asked to do. Will definitely be coming back to this place.

These guys will take advantage of whatever your situation is. Their offers are real insults. I do not recommend this place. They offered $150 on a brand new $3000 subwoofer. That's not an offer... It's a real insult. I won't ever waste my time walking into this place again.

Very awesome company... The entire staff here is amazing. Always helped when I was in time of need during this global pandemic. Very understanding when it comes to making payments. Its a great family feel and friendly investment. Come check them out.

I have been a customer of MetroPawn for many years. Justin, Gabby, and Marily along with the rest of the staff have always been amazing to work with. They go out of their way to give excellent customer service and help me with any issues I may have. Overall, just a wonderful place to do business.

I never been at place and especially a pawn shop that welcomes you in like family. Each lovely person that works there they show everyone great professionalism as well as excellent service. If you have any questions about a product of any kind or jewelry they always have the best knowledge about everything. I've been going to pawn shops for more than 18 years and I'm never going anywhere else but here.

For emergencies, they are there; they are open until 6 every night and I think they are open on Sundays too. They will give you a fair loan value for your item and they will grant you an extension if you need one. Their store is located in a very good area that has easy access and their staff is friendly and trustworthy. I really like that they are located in a safe area. They have some very nice jewelry to purchase too at good prices.

I give this pawn shop 5 stars. The staff is amazing. I get amazing deals. I've known Marily 3 years, and she always gives me the best deals. She is amazing at what she does. I wouldn't go to any other place. Thanks for everything 🙂

I have been utilizing metro pawn on Glendale in sparks for sometime. The staff are always professional and polite. They are attentive to customers walking in. They do not let them wonder the store without waiting on them in a timely fashion. Grace has always accommodated my needs never any need to haggle prices as they r spot on. It is a pleasure doing business with Grace às well as the other staff at metro.

One of my friends was getting married, and told me about me being the ring bearer. Called the store Gabby, helped me out pick a nice set. Definitely going back to the online store

I've done business or shall I say "dealt" with other pawn shops over the years here in Reno. I search for tools mostly. The staff here at Metro are incredible to say the least. One stand out employee. of many (at this particular location), is named Dawn - If you're here to do business, and you're not BS (because she can spot it and will respond likewise - I've seen it first hand) she is wonderful to deal with. All the employees here seem to want to work with you as long as you communicate well and are on the up in up. Best place in town!! They'll even keep a look out for things and let ya know if they have something you're looking for - if you're nice!

BEWARE!!!!! Pawned my switch and games here .. when I picked them up 4 out of 7 of my games were missing from the cases. When I confronted the situation and asked to speak to a manager I was told the merchandise wasn't touched and also none of the workers game which is a lie as I had an extensive conversation with a male employee who wears glasses about gaming and which games he plays!!! They basically brushed me off ...I asked to have the cameras and the computers checked proving my games were there upon panning them but they refused... DO NOT PAWN HERE ..

They were very knowledgeable about their merchandise and willing to make a sale. Better yet they have me a 30 day guarantee on their merchandise. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. The merchandise, the store, and the employees were all neat and clean. It looks more like a jewelry shop than a pawn shop it is so neat.

The manager Gaby is by far the most professional person that,I have ever dealt with. She was really knowledgeable about different Items in the store, she knows the story in-and-out.

This store is managed so well. I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Israel in management is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions I may have. If you're are looking for a pawn store to do business with I highly recommend this Metro Pawn location.

they have great serves. the employer gabby is an excellent person. she is very attentive and she always have answers all our questions. the treatment of its company towards the customers is very to Mable and cordial when one visits the store feels very well by the good deal.

The pawn shop is really nicely organized. With a lot of crazy cool items. Bought a watch at a great price! And the girl that helped me was amazing!!! I think her name was Marilyn something like that! Anyways thank you Metro Pawn you guys are awesome.

You always read about the bad reviews, but never the good ones! Well, I am going to write a good review! All the staff at the Sparks, Glendale store ROCKS!!! They are friendly, give you the best service, and easy to work with. I have been doing business with them for a while now. I have had a difficult month, this month and the staff have helped me out so much on my loan. I would recommend this store to anyone. I Don’t even know where to start off, this pawnshop is the best pawn shop in town! the store has came a long way I was in there a few months ago and this store was not in the best of shape had no organization nor the friendliest staff! I walked in a couple days ago and seen new faces it took by surprise how quick they where to Greet me and ask if I was looking for anything In particular. I believe this store is under new Management or owners but whatever it is they are doing a fabulous job! Thank you Metropawn I’ll be back soon to do some more shopping.

Justin was awesome, the other staff were very friendly. Justin gave me a no hassle fair loan on something that no other pawn broker in town would even consider loaning on. MetroPawn on Glendale in Sparks definitely made a repeat and life long customer of me today..
