Chad and Ramon and the rest of the team were great to work with. They were able to assess the items I brought in quickly in spite of the frequent customers coming in. They are up front, friendly, and willing to work with people. Don't be afraid to stop in or call and see if they can work a deal with you. They may or may not be able to serve you, but it never hurts to ask. Thanks again guys!

Great staff. These guys know how to work within this highly regulated industry. They know the rules and are clear speaking and patient. I was impressed how they educated without talking down to me. First time purchasers will find them easy to deal with. I would recommend to anybody interested in purchase of a firearm. Easy layaway programs and wide variety of inventory.

I absolutely LOVE the guys who work here! They are so helpful! Eric, Chad and Ramon are great! I didn't know much about guns but talking to them and them putting different guns in my hand so I can get the feel of each one definitely made a difference to which ones to buy. Its clean and the staff are respectful and understanding. Also had some fishing items that I purchased as well.♥️

I have had nothing but positive, informative, and fun experiences with Metro! The staff is amazing answered all my questions, walked me through the necessary forms with patience and some laughs, due to my having to ask for direction more than once. Brandon here is a sweetheart and really took the time to listen to me and help me with a purchase of a firearm. He did not over or undersell me and was pleasant to chat with. I purchased my m&p shield at this store. Amazing store and made me feel right at home. Great pricing and even better customer service. The staff treated me very well , and JR was very helpful. It was passed closing hours and he still continued to work with me. I will continue to purchase more firearms at this store.

Went to Metro Pawn and Gun for the first time recently and purchased my first firearm. The guy who helped was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

I Love this place. I get expert advice and training with questions and answers. I told them I was just starting with firearms and they slowed down to help me understand better. They keep a good supply of all accessories I would need and how to use them. I feel safe and know they do everything professional and by the law. I would definitely recommend stopping in from time to time.

Every single time I go in here it's a great experience! ALL the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They never presume to know everything and when they come across something they don't know, they quick research it. I've purchased plenty of firearms from them and going back for more. My only complaint is when I ask them to NOT take my money, they always have cooler things to make me give it up.

Great and ever changing collection of new and used handguns, rifles, and shotguns. The prices are very good (the best in the twin cities and I’ve been everywhere) and the guys who work there are super nice, laid back, helpful, and knowledgeable (which sadly, is rare at a lot of gun shops). Good customer service (the employees actually notice and acknowledge you when you walk in and say “hello”. Shocker right?!) They’ll work with you on prices/no interest payments. Check this place out, you won’t regret it. I’ll be a repeat customer.

Went in to just see what they had for handguns. They were extremely helpful and offered what I thought was excellent advice. I ended up leaving without buying but then came back a few days later and purchased. Their prices were some of the best I had seen and I felt their service was great. I would also offer this... don't be offended if they keep their eyes on you. It is an urban pawn and gun shop and they take security seriously. They even asked me to keep my hands out of my pockets and I totally understand. They will have my business for years to come.

Bought & sold several items here over the past couple years, staff has always been courteous and helpful. I've always gotten reasonable offers on items I've sold, and prices on items I've bought are on par with other shops in the twin cities. A lot of the firearms they carry are new, not used, and priced better than Bill's or some of the other large gun shops. While I can't comment on the experience of others, I've never witnessed any discriminatory/racist behavior by the staff, or rude behavior in general. I'll be doing business here again.
