Huntington Bank Penn Ave S, Bloomington

HORRIBLE - Waited 36 minutes in line when they opened up a second lane and let three people behind me get served in front of me. I complained to the cashier when I finally got my turn and they.said they weren't going to serve me because I complained and was rude. I waited and they called the police on me for demanding service after waiting 45 minutes. Police finally arrived and agreed they should serve me! This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. They have lost a customer for sure!

This bank is 100% bogus!! They are ruining my life to no end, and I despise TCF for merging with them. I cannot even bank online with one of my accounts. I cannot believe they stay in business, and I hope they all close. I intend to leave, and go to a credit union. I would never recommend Huntington Bank, even to my worst enemy.

What is going on? Please offer some sort of customer service where i dont have to wait outside in my car breathing exhaust from the other cars lined up. Ridiculous . Do better please

Huntington bank have a really bad service. The workers do not have any experience.

This branch is so poorly trained and incompetent. I visited the branch today as my power of attorney disappeared from their system (3rd time!). The banker gets a manager from Edina on the line and tells me I need to bring in my 88 year old Mom with dementia to put the power of attorney on the account. Even the manger has no idea what a power of attorney is? Total incompetence. I told them I would draw the account ( as we have been online banking for years)and he tells me I need my Mom’s approval😃. Not his fault as he has no idea what he is doing. Minnetonka/Ridgedale branch if you have a choice is the only branch I would do business with.

Lots of 1 star reviews about the lobby being closed so I figured I'd leave a review. I was able to get in and out in 10 minutes no problem. Appointments are nolonger necessary.

Their customer is amazing both in person and their customer service line! Glad we stayed after the merge.

This branch is trash! They never answer their phones and the lobby is always closed. I've tried for two months to make an appointment with a banker but again they never answer their phones! Even with the main customer service line you cannot speak to a live person either! I would not recommend this bank to anyone! I was forced to give 1 star in order to post this.

Not only do they not know what they’re doing, they are also extremely rude. Worst banking experience ever and may be moving to a different bank. They have one single employee in the Cub branch in Edina and she was literally one of the rudest people I have ever met and not very bright.
