I've refinanced a home only once before with a different company and the process took 13 months. (Not kidding.) As a recommendation from a colleague, they suggested I use Rainbow Morgage, Inc for my second refi. From the first moment I contacted David Jamison and his team, I was thoroughly impressed. Dave was always helpful answering any questions I had and making sure that I fully understood the process. Due to the complexities of why I was refinancing, I was anticipating that the entire process would take months. From the date the loan was initiated and the rate was locked in until I was cleared to closed, it took 20 days. Yes, that's right! 20 DAYS! Dave, Gale and Paris were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to family, friends, colleagues and anybody reading this Google Review! Rainbow Mortgage will be the only company I seek out when purchasing my next home or refinancing this home again!

After two plus years of a difficult divorce, my son and I co signed on a refinance for his present home. We could never finish the process, because of the protracted negotiations for terms. Everything about Rainbow Mortgage is first class. A top notch mortgage broker that I would gladly recommend anyone to, friend or family. We ran into a major hiccup during our financing process (due to an issue/decision with the actual lender. Nothing related to Rainbow Mortgage at all).
