We spoke with Brad Fajardo, a salesman on the phone before we went to Mercedes KC first and gave him an idea of what type of vehicle we were looking at and made and appointment with him to come in on a Saturday. When we arrived he met us at the door and already had cars pulled in order to show us. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly knew the mechanics of each car that we looked at. We had a lot of questions since we had never bought a Mercedes before and was able to answer every question. Everyone there is friendly and knows their job well. We now own our first Mercedes Benz and will continue doing business with Brad in the future. Best dealer experience we have ever had.

Outstanding service experience. My 6 year old vehicle experienced a dead battery. I bought a new battery from an auto parts store after which my vehicle could still not maintain a charge. I scheduled a service appointment with MBKC to evaluate a possible electrical problem. After evaluating the vehicle they found that the new battery was bad too. They replaced the battery with no additional charges.

Don't finance with MBFS. They're absolutely awful. Also don't expect them to honor any service agreements. Oh, also expect them to WAY over charge on any services that they provide. I'd stay away... Mercedes makes great cars, but they really rip people off in the process. (UPDATE: They've already contacted me and are trying to make it right. Originally I gave a 1 star. Updated to a 2, because it's awesome that they're trying to make it right after the fact.)

Buyer Beware Your finance guy lied. #1-Told me my 2022 S580 does not come with manufactory warranty. Tried to force me to buy extra add-ons. #2- This Dealership insist on going forward with its ridiculous up-charging. #3- Lies about lack of S Class , there is no shortage of S-class. #4- Didn't allow me to purchase the vehicle under business. #5- After the deal was done, 2 weeks later requested more money from me. Car in my possession at this point #6- Since its my fist Mercedes purchase, he requested 30% down. Offered me 6% interest rate in March 2022, rates were low during this time. My score is higher than 750. Told me all other banks denied me. #7- Worst buying Experience, buyers need to know this dealership is over charging. You guys know how to reach me Avoid this dealership

I've had to replace 2 tires since I bought the car a year ago. You claim I'm curb jumping and hitting pot holes and it's my fault. Really? The roads are excellent where we live. I'm OK with you just admitting to me that the tires are bad and I'm sorry, here's the information to take it up with Pirelli. That's the best thing you could have done. The worst thing is just lying to me.

Scheduled an appointment 30 days in advance for a 20,000 B1 service. Car was delivered on Monday at 9:00am, couldn’t pick up until Tuesday at 3:00pm. Suggest never pre purchasing service programs, you have little or no recourse.

Cody in service was kind enough to fit me into his completely full schedule when the tire on my car wouldn’t hold air. I dropped it off early in the morning with the expectation that it wouldn’t be done till late afternoon as I was squeezed into his line up that day. He and his tech were able to get the tire off, figure out what happened and call to authorize the replacement in less than a couple of hours. I was blown away that the work was done so quickly. All of the service employees are always so friendly and transparent about the work done.

Huge shout out to Brad and the team! Very easy car buying process. I have been looking for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler for weeks and as soon as they got one in they put it onto their website. As soon as I saw it I knew it was going to sell fast. I was able to reserve it through the MBKC website and come pick it up the next day. I was only in the dealership for a total of 45 minutes. All staff were super friendly, personable, and know the business like the back of their hand!

It was time for the 5-year service on my car and my service advisor is truly top-notch. He keeps me very much informed with the progress of the work and provides top-tier service. I've been to other dealerships but this is truly the best in my opinion. Not to mention my car was ready in less time than promised. I drive about 80 miles to get my Mercedes Sprinter based RV serviced at MB of KC. This time I dropped it off and picked it up two days later. They were doing an Emissions System recall, and while it was there I had them do an oil change and new fuel filter. In the past I have worked with John Doolittle and Johnny Karstonis. They are both pleasant and knowledgeable. This time I worked with a young man named TJ. He was exceptional. I always enjoy a trip to MB of KC. While my RV is being serviced, I look at the cars on the lot, chat with a few sales people, and sometimes walk to a local place for lunch if I am there for a while. Somebody always offers to drive me to lunch, but I like to walk. I have always had really good luck with waiting on my vehicle. If I have an appointment for 9:00, I get there at 9:00, and they are working on it by 9:30. Plus, their waiting room is super nice, and it is a nice place to wait. I would give them an A+

Service advisor didn't have parts ready in advance, didnt have a decent (or any) loaner vehicle available as promised, insult to injury they had some kid come notify me of all these problems, whim acted like it was my fault they couldn't keep it together.

This review is of my Trade-in experience at Mercedes Benz of Kansas City and does not reflect my experience of the Salesperson, Finance or delivery personnel. Geoff Bedine (GM) and Ross Strada (Sales Manager) are a pair of bullies who employ extremely intimidating negotiation tactics. The delivery of their message was hostile and completely unacceptable which ruined our Mercedes Benz purchase experience. My family and I were viewing our potential purchase in the showroom when Geoff came into the showroom yelling at us and our salesperson, he did not acknowledge or greet us what so ever. We all walked into the front parking lot where my trade in was parked. I could tell the situation was about to be very tense so I attempted to deescalate the situation by introducing myself to Geoff but he didn't even take a second to shake my hand. The situation simply got worse from there. Geoff and his hype man (Ross) proceeded to prance around my vehicle yelling out to each other the imperfections of my 1 year old vehicle that I was trading in. Many of the concerns were valid (paint blemishes, windshield crack, etc) and I was okay with a reasonable reduction in tade-in value. It was the delivery of the message that honestly humiliated me and my family. They knew I was not in a position of negotiation leverage since I had driven 3hrs to their dealership and I had already placed a non-refundable down payment for them to hold the new vehicle, so they attempted to crush me with their unprofessional tactics. We shared our frustrations with our salesperson Ritchie, he apologized but the damage had been done. Ritchie even offered to refund our non-refundable down payment if we wanted to walk. Regardless of the horrible experience with Geoff and Ross, we elected to make the purchase due to the lack of vehicles in the market, plus they had the vehicle which we wanted. Rob the finance person was friendly, we even found mutual connections since he too is from NW Arkansas. Jessie was great teaching us all the features of the new 2021 GLE. Even though our experience with Ritchie, Rob and Jessie was pleasant the damage that Geoff and Ross caused will not allow me to recommend this dealership to anyone as the leadership sets a very poor example to the rest of the team. We will not be returning to this dealership.

Had the AEM recall work done on our 2014 Sprint 3500 based Winnebago View. Also had them replace the SAM module so I now have functioning passenger side door locks. Everything worked great, it was ready when they said it would be, drop-off and pickup were quick. Unit was nice and clean inside (seat was covered with plastic when they drove it up) and everything worked.

This is truly an Awesome Dealership. Some places like to say they treat you like Family, well in my case I honestly feel as though I am. I gave 5 Stars because the staff at Mercedes Benz of Kansas City, Missouri deserves it. Each Dept. from Sales, Service including Parts is a reflection of the Superior Leadership of Geoff Bedine. Although MBOKC is a Hassle Free Dealership with pricing, Geoff has always done his best to assist my Salesperson (Josh Keenan) to earn and retain my business. The Employees there are each committed to giving a “Wow” experience to myself as well as other customers and are always Friendly. I know this because I’m observant and always impressed. To date, I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from this location and will soon be making my 6th. I had previously purchased a Mercedes Benz S Class at a Luxury Automobile Store in Leavenworth, Kansas and although the service was good, it wasn’t until I visited Mercedes Benz of Kansas City that I understood the difference. There actually is a sense of Prestige when you are there. This is truly a Beautiful 1st class and clean Dealership. My Salesman Josh Keenan in my opinion is an Expert and is very thorough throughout the entire process of my car purchase(s) from sales to delivery. He takes pride in earning my repeat business by getting to know what I Love about vehicles (quite a bit) and what’s important to me. He totally understands automobile technology and trends by staying informed. Josh never ceases to amaze me with the wealth of knowledge that he has on most all vehicles on the lot including non Mercedes Benz vehicles which are trades that he may sell. He is the kind of Salesman who has gone above and beyond to provide total satisfaction. He always returns my calls on the same day, or will send a short message to let me know if he’s with a customer and will call back. A couple years back, I purchased a Mercedes Benz S600 Maybach. I was worried that it wouldn’t fit in my garage because of the length and shelving. Josh drove with me to take the car to see for myself that it would fit, and to my surprise he actually helped make a few adjustments to make it work. Needless to say, I made the purchase. I’m an impulsive yet analytical customer and sometimes I over think before making a purchase. Josh has spent hours patiently working with me where sometimes at the last minute I’ll change my mind and need more time. As a professional, he’s always shown patience. He will always be my “go to” Salesman!

I read the bad reviews at MB Aristocrat VERY close to my home...but chose the much LONGER commute to Martin City MB...and Ms Lisa made up for the commute!! The scheduling and drop off was very frustrating. Called to schedule service for a recurring issue and a recall. The representative confirmed the date and time with a loaner but upon arriving I found out that it was not in their records. The service adviser seemed very frustrated and while he took me in.. he was very condescending and disrespectful. 2 strs only because the problems were all fixed. Will never drive 40 miles again to deal with these guys. Love my car but not the "High Class" service.

Went in for a recall on my Sprinter the service advisor was very accurate with the time they quoted me. And they gave it an in-depth check over too! (Side note) I brought my motorcycle with me and the whole service team were more than willing to help me safely load my motorcycle in and out the sprinter! It was awesome!! And a life saver! I dropped my car off for service today and was in a private Mercedes Benz shuttle ride to my office within 10 min (max) of pulling in the service dept garage doors. They arranged for a 2:30pm pickup at my office and they were there at 2:29pm. I was driving my car out of the dealer lot within 10 min of arriving back to pay and pick up my car. It is nice to have things work efficiently and not have to sit around a wait for everyone all the time!

I was blown away with the service I received from Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. I was out in Oak Grove Missouri when I went to start my car it was dead! I had to call and get a jump start. I did not know who to call and was afraid to shut the car off for fear of being stranded so far from home again. I called the service department and they told me to come straight over and into the service area and they would take care of me. Well it took a little while to drive to the location, but the moment I walked it they greeted me by name and knew exactly why I was there and took GREAT care of me. I was in and out in NO time and to top it off they WASHED my car. For someone who was having a very bad day, Blake with Mercedes Benz turned it around just like that!

This is an excellent dealership to deal with. They are super friendly. Bought a late model used Cadillac from them and it was cleaned and detailed like they would a new Mercedes. Also had an abundance of pictures and details on the car, that it was like seeing it in person. I live 250 miles away, so I bought it without first looking at it in person or test driving it, The car was exactly like they said it was. I dealt with Max and Shervin in the sales dept., and they are both friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, They also sent me a real nice stainless steel 32 ounce mug and 12 homemade chocolate chip cookies after the sale. That was nice but unexpected. I brought my Sprinter RV in for a turbo resonator and bracket and Service B. Johnny explained what needed to be done, what the costs were and how long it would take. He didn't pressure me about things that I could do myself. The work was done on time and on budget. The waiting room has a variety of seating, a decent assortment of complimentary snacks and drinks and excellent Wi-Fi. This is what dealer service should be.

From the beginning, Mercedes-Benz was excellent to work with regarding my vehicle. Initially, the dates available for service was 2 weeks away. Waiting on air conditioning repair in this weather seemed cruel and unusual but I didn't have to wait. I was immediately transferred to the service supervisor and he found a day to work it in. TJ was the service associate dedicated to service. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable that he was taking care of me like he would any of his family members. Appointment was Jan.24th 2022 for Missouri State inspection also review of check engine light. Now is March 7th 2022 car has not be serviced, made several attempts, left several messages have never received any call back, License plates have now expired so car now can not be driven so needed to have car towed to another service center to have Missouri state inspection preformed.

I took our car to get electirical work done on the front windows, seats and doors. We live about two hours from the dealership and since we have recently moved from the Bethesda, Maryland area we wanted to find a good Mercedes dealership. When I arrived at 10 a.m. I was told the repair might take 4 to 5 hours. I asked if it was possible to get a loaner but was told there was a shortage of loaners, so I would have to wait until the repairs were done. I waited for an hour or so and then was told the technician who was working on my car had a dental appointment for a root canal. I asked if I could get a loaner and come back the next day - but since there were no loaners I would have to drive my own car home. We then scheduled an appointment for two weeks later and reserved a loaner. When I arrived for my 10 a.m. appointment I was told they had run out of loaners. So I asked what I should do since I live two hours away and could not be assured the work would be completed by the end of day. The answer was repeated that no loaners were available. I asked if I could speak to the mananger. The serviceman came back and said the manager had found a loaner. I was able to return home and the work was completed three days later. I returned on the 5th day to pick up my car. After paying for the repair I happend to try the passenger-side seat control and it did not work. The serviceman said that both he and the technician had tried it and it worked fine the day before. The car was sent back to the technician and they discovered it needed a new mechanism to make the seat adjustment work. The serviceman said it would take 3 to 4 days to get the part. Since I had just returned my loaner he was able to get me the same loaner I had been driving. As we headed back home I recieved a call from someone from Merceds-Benz office asking If I could return the loaner because they had sold it. I said we live 2 hours away and would agree to have someone come to our house and pick up the loaner but we were not willing to drive it back. Finally after 4 days we were able to pick up our car and it is working fine. The serviceman agreed to absorb the labor cost for the repair - at my request. Since we have owned our Mercedes wagon for 15 years we have come to hold the Mercedes staff and the quality of the cars in high regard. This was far from what we had expected. I appreciate that you want to do better and I hope this note will help.

I'm not typically someone who goes to the dealer for repairs, but I've had really great experiences with this Mercedes service department, particularly with service manager Johnny Kartsonis. I have a Metris van which is hard to find mechanics who can work on it, and Johnny has several times worked with me to get it in and quickly diagnose issues and get them fixed. One time I had a flat in downtown KC and got stranded when I discovered the parts needed to access and change the spare were missing (I bought the vehicle used). Johnny picked up his phone after hours, got the parts from another Metris they had on the lot and met my wife at the shop so I could get the tire changed and get home. Outstanding service! I'm moving out of the KC area soon, and I have no doubt I'll miss Johnny and the folks at MBKC.

Service was as expected. Matt Hoover, the Tech Advisor, was professional & informative as usual. Service department replaced a trim piece on my 2012 SLK350 due to wear & tear. The only reason for the 4-Star rating is the vehicles are always returned dirty. It looks like the cars are washed with a dirty sponge or drying cloths. And in this case, the steering wheel trim piece had grease smudges all over it.

My husband and I were traveling and was 250 miles away from home. So on our way our Mercedes Benz battery light came on and said something about turn engine on or car will shut down in three minutes. So I chatted with a Benz rep via chat and was later contacted by someone at the Kansas City Benz dealership. I explained what was going on and that we were 250 miles away from home, so needed to figure out what’s going on. I was told to bring car in and they will pull it in and give a diagnosis and that it would be a $50 diagnosis charge. I was like “great” and felt relieved. Now once we got there I checked in and explained what was going on. When I explained everything and advised that the check engine light came on, as we drove to them. We were later told that since the check engine light came on “ they didn’t want to get too involved” I mean isn’t that purpose of getting it diagnoses so we would know? Them it went from getting a diagnosis now to “can’t get it in until Monday..mind you this was on a Thursday. Then we were told that they have seen this issue a few times and told us what they think it is. Again told us not until Monday and they no loaners to give to us. This was an emergency! Surely they have some kind of policy for Emergencies. We were lucky to make it home and the local St Louis Benz states we were lucky to make it home because it was our alternator and we could have been stranded.

I was scheduled for an oil change and told it would be one hour and 15 or so minutes and told I should wait in the lounge. I ended up waiting 3 hours :(. The service advisors worked hard to push my car through and were very friendly. Apparently the lift used kept breaking down and the car ahead of me took longer than expected. I realize that things happen and am making note to self. Next time request a loaner. That time could have been better spent !

This review is for a recent recall service (airbag). I initially contacted John Doolittle, who immediately set me up with a service appointment and loaner vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted at my service appointment by John Kartsonis, who led me through the (short) process of dropping off my vehicle and picking up the loaner. The maintenance was completed ahead of schedule, and I was notified promptly. I dropped off the loaner, and drove off in my cleaner-than-when-I-dropped-it-off E400. My only complaint is I didn't get to finish my complimentary coffee and snack at either end of the service appointment! Great job, Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City!

Having trouble with the DEF system on my Sprinter van while driving from Boston to Colorado, John Doolittle SM, went out of his way to get me in the next day in spite of service work being scheduled out to December (this in Sept). Upon arriving, Johnny Kartsonis SA, expedited my work order and the tech's resolved my problem within an hour. Great relief as that darn DEF "#of Starts countdown clock" was putting stress on this cross country trip. This dealership was awesome accommodating me.

I purchased new tires from them in July. In February, I noticed I had a flat tire from what I thought was a slow leak. The leak ended up being a hole and the tire was ruined. They ordered a new tire, once it came in a couple days later, they installed it at a minimal cost to me and washed my car! I have always had great service here

Matt Hoover is Great! He always takes care of me and makes me feel welcome. I went in for routine service and my passenger airbag was on recall but he didn't have that specific item in stock. Additionally, I was moving out of town in 2 weeks. Matt got the airbag in the following week and he worked me into the schedule so the work could be completed before I left town. Thanks again Matt!

My car would not run over ten miles per-hour when I brought it in . they fixed it and said there is a recall on this problem, also my sun shade got off track and quit working at the same time it also was fixed , they did a good job , but it took a week, I had a new C-300 to drive for that week, and was not inconvenient at all. I waited all my life for Mercedes-Benz it was and still is my dream car, but for this to happen so early once I was able to get one [6000miles] disheartens me, in my mind they were much better cars , and much more reliable , I still love it, to me there is nothing like a Mercedes-Benz

It took 2 weeks for an service "appointment". After I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled time, my vehicle sat in your lot for two days before a tech even looked at the problem. What's the purpose of making an "appointment " if it has no impact on when the "service" is performed? This is the reason I changed from the Aristocrat dealership. Hopefully, this is an anomaly and will not be repeated, otherwise I will have to seek other alternatives for future service. I expressed my displeasure to your Service Advisor when I picked up my vehicle so this review should not be a surprise.
