Salesman Raj is FANTASTIC! Started off looking & inquiring online for vehicles. Received an email right away inviting to come look in person! Drove over in the day and took test drives of different vehicles. Dealership is Sparkling clean. Staff is patient and Raj took great care of me. I never felt stressed or pressured. Felt so comfortable I bought my Silverado 2500HD...and at a great price! I really recommend Raj...and ALFANO Chevrolet!

I turned in a van for cash sale. I was told they would pay it off and I would receive a specific amount. I received a check today for 5300.00 less than I was told I would get. It was also not made out to me. I would never have sold them my van if I didn't receive the amount they offered. I was assured that the amount they offered was in addition to the pay off. I was told it was a very generous offer and I thought it was a fair offer for the van in this market. I feel what was communicated to me was not what I received in payment. Raj states that I misunderstood him, but I asked for clarification of the numbers twice before the sale. In the future, every part of the sales process needs to be explicit in what they are offering and how any payout is deducted. This was not stated and they communicated otherwise. Update: after several phone calls made, they have tried to make the transaction right. I appreciate the professional manner they held themselves to in conversation. We are working out the issue to what should be satisfactory for everyone involved.

To whom it may concern: I am sorry to say that I have received the poorest customer service I have ever received at a MB dealership. My 2021 GLA was brought in for service because there was something wrong with the engine over 4 weeks ago. I still haven't gotten my car back. I've paid over 800 dollars this month for a vehicle I don't have in my possession. I have been extremely patient and flexible over this time. Not inquiring or complaining once due to a short staffed service department. I noticed the front right tire was damaged yesterday and called to ask about my course of action and if it was safe to drive on. I was asked to inspect the body of the loaner vehicle and didn't look at the tires when I received the vehicle. I am now being accused of damaging the tire and told I will be responsible to pay for it. All responses I have received have been curt and short with my concerns. I have worked in customer service for years and this is not how it should be provided. All staff in sales and financing were fantastic when I purchased the vehicle. Prior to this experience, service had also been good, however this is not how a loyal MB customer should be treated. UPDATE: Mercedes benz has since rectified the situation and I received the customer service I would expect from Tony and team. Thank you!

We ordered a brilliantly colored Spark (Nitro Yellow!). Not too many of these available when we did, but Wells searched high and low and got us exactly what we wanted. Working with Wells and the entire experience could not have been better.

Made it right, I had my 2019 Sprinter in for a recall and when they had the seat out they may have inadvertently bumped something that made the power controller on the coach malfunction. After contacting the service manager they dispatched a RV service company to come check it all out, the problem seemed to self resolve and I am back in business. Hats off to a company that stands behind their work, Great job, highly recommend .

So I brought my sprinter in at 7:45 and was out by 12:30. A long time for a replacement hose. I was told about an hour. I sat there in the lobby for almost five hours. Would have liked to have gotten breakfast or something. But the real issue is with the fact that they didn’t put the radiator drain plug on properly after draining the fluid and it caused my to lose all fluid while on the freeway home. We were almost stranded and had to be towed. They also overfilled the oil triggering the oil indicator which caused us to have to pull over as well. And after all that they charged me over 400 bucks for maybe a 200 dollar job. Thumbs down.

They will forever have my buisness! By far the most helpful welcoming, and amazing Mercedes dealer of the entire Central coast. After trying other MB dealers, Alfano is indisputable as the best!!! They helped me find all the parts I needed even overnight special orders to my house! Will definitely be coming back a lot more! Keep up the amazing work! Alfano Motors is the worst car dealership I have ever visited. I made an appointment in advance to view a specific car in order to be sure it was ready to be viewed. They assured me the car would be brought up front and ready for viewing. Instead when I arrived, the car had not been brought up front. A sales man went back to behind the sales lot and returned to me stating the car would be brought up front in a few minutes. Instead I saw the car being driven off the grounds. I apprised the sales person and he changed his story stating the car had been driven downtown to be fueled and washed. Observing that the car wasnt ready and that the story was changing I asked the salesman if I should come back when the car was ready for viewing. The salesman told me No, it will be back in a few minutes. When the car was not returned in a few minutes, I asked to the sales manager. The salesman became angry saying "Of course you want to see the sales manager!" I spoke to the sales manager and he defended everything the staff had done without talking to them. The salesperson walked in and falsely claimed that I had cursed which did not happen at any point. The sales manager then ordered me to leave. I was ordered to leave because I dared to politely complain about the poor service I received. I only wanted to buy a specific car, but instead I was verbally abused and refused service. Worst service I received at any business anywhere!

I would NOT purchase a vehicle from Alfano again. There were a few detail issues on the truck we purchased but Raj was great. He fixed everything and had the truck back to us fully detailed and in mint condition in a week. However, never got my extra car payment refunded for $526 on the car we traded in that was autopayed a few weeks after trade- in. And got to drive a POS from their lot for a week while the truck was being fixed. That experience took me back to high school days. Since I already paid the money on my previous car for the month I wish I could have just driven that instead of their POS car. It’s 2 months later and enough time for Alfano to have refunded me the money.

Just drove home in our new (to us) Chevy truck from Alfano Motorcars and we couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, it was a very relaxed and easy process with excellent customer service. The sales manager, Abdullah, gave us personal attention and concisely outlined our options with no pushy salesmanship. Customer service is the Service department is above and beyond any other dealership. Communication has a constant flow and there never has been any surprise charges or changes. The service manager, Vince, works very hard to accommodate me and my car needs.

This dealership has the worst service department I have ever experienced in my life! We bought our cars locally hoping the dealership would take care of their customers. Tony is nice but he will promise things and then go back on his word. Phil on the other hand is so rude. They will purposely mess with you and not give you appointments or loaner vehicles. A 2 year old Mercedes’ needing half the engine replaced and they told us to continue driving the vehicle even when told we needed to go to LA. Will update with more details as our experience continues to play out. For now we wait and deal with their abuse as we are stuck with a vehicle that’s not in working order.

I took my Sprinter in and paid $1200 for an oil change service. It seemed outrageous but I assumed anything Mercedes would be expensive but I expected white glove service. Instead I got Jiffy Lube level service. They did not wash the car and they ignored the most serious issue I brought the vehicle in for. I explained that the active lane assist was extremely dangerous and it needed to be deactivated. They blew me off and told me to call the corporate office which no one ever answers. I called the manager to solve this issue and was told they would not do anything to solve this dangerous safety defect.

Terrible experience at this dealership . My Cal Poly Student took their Mercedes here , which is under warranty , and they tried to charge them ! The hassle was over the top . We escalated it to management and it got even worse . Long story short - we are selling the car we just purchased in 2020 car because my kid at Cal Poly is getting hassled here . Worst Mercedes service anywhere . I am done with Mercedes’ . Looks like my kid will be getting a new car and defiantly not a Mercedes’ ! ….. I trusted Mercedes to take care of my child with pre paid service and everything and they got treated like trash . We are so frustrated we are actually getting rid of all our Mercedes’ - if Daimler AG lets this kind of poor service happen at one of their dealerships the brand has lost our families trust. Looks like is really is a glorified Ford .

Probably the worst dealer experiences. Ask them questions about lease terms and they don't know. Money for trade-ins is thousands of dollars less than other vehicles. I would never Stay far away!

Not only is this place extremely professional.. But, you get the sense that they are all about there community and have a strong passion for people. Hello, I work as an independent contractor and small business owner in San Luis Obispo. Every 2 weeks this dealership orders from instacart roughly 30 cases of soda, water and other goods. They do not tip. I know tip is not required but paying someone $15 total for such a large reoccurring order is poor business practices. Heck, you tip your pizza guy $5 normally at least... As a business owner myself I think the public has a right to know how they treat people. Be Amazon instead of Walmart.

We had a great car buying experience at Alfano. We were in the area on vacation and found the Mercedes I have been looking for! Our salesman Wells was great from beginning to end. He wasn’t pushy and let us look at the car and not hover over us like at most dealerships. He even went above and beyond with the details of getting this car to our home state. 10/10 recommend Wells and Alfano.

I have purchased two Mercedes from them in the past four years. I will not go anywhere else. I trust their entire process and always leave knowing I got the best deal around. The entire experience, from sales to finance to service, is professional, efficient and zero pressure. I will definitely be buying my third car from them in the near future.

Update: Changing from 2 stars to 1 star. Mercedes Financial called me back to let me know that Jacob and his manager refused to cover the last payment. The rep at Mercedes Financial spoke to his supervisor and Mercedes Financial is taking care of the last payment to make this right. I would highly suggest that in the future Alfano try and at least understand the perception of the customer instead of outright refusing to honor something that in my opinion was implied before I even purchased the new car. It's ridiculous that they would prefer I drive an hour and half for a $50 tank of gas (which would cost me $20 in gas round trip) rather than pay a $140 payment. I'm never going up there as I have no reason to drive that far to get gas, which means they lost me, anyone I might have referred and got a bad review all over $90. Update: Changing from 5 stars to 2 stars. When I called to inquire about the new car Jacob clearly asked me when the lease on my current vehicle ended. When I said I had one payment left he responded that it would be "no problem". I've turned in many leases that only had 1 or 2 payments left and I've always had the dealership pay off the lease since I was either leasing or buying another vehicle from them. Anyway, to make a long story short, I got a bill for the final payment, called and left a message with all the details so they could correct their oversight, then got a call back from Jacob telling me I must have misunderstood him. Why would I not have waited 3 more weeks to finish out my lease when I only had one payment left if I wasn't sure the dealership would pay the last payment? The payment was only $140...and on top of that the dealership owes me a tank of gas since my new car had less than a quarter tank when I drove off the lot. I live about an hour and half away from the dealership so there is no way I'm driving up there to fill my tank. And to really get me ticked off, Jacob mentioned they did me a huge favor in letting me mail them my second key for the car I turned in...but we're pretty much square on that in my eyes since they forgot to give me the second key for my new car and had to mail it to me. So for less than $100 they now have an offended and disappointed customer. I didn't want to get into an argument with Jacob so I hung up. I've called Mercedes Benz Financial to let them deal with it. _______________________________________________________________________ Original review: I called to come in and turn in my leased vehicle and also purchase a CPO C250 that I had pretty much already decided on. I spoke with Jacob a few times over the phone in advance and then drove up from Santa Barbara to work with him to purchase the car shortly after. Although he was new to the dealership he was very hospitable, honest, professional and quick. Was literally the fastest vehicle transaction I've ever experienced which is amazing considering I was also turning in a lease. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and went out of there way to accommodate me. I absolutely love my car and I 100% recommend them if you are in the market for a Mercedes!

I will never give less than 5 star for any business, we all need a chance to make things better. I want the best for all businesses. But my experience with this dealership has not been good at all. Starting with financing took to long, delivery of the car took almost a month, i was promised that I will get the $1,000 delivery fee refunded several times, as of today 8 months later nothing happened. I have sent photos that the vehicle was deliver with seats damaged from some green stuff maybe they did forget the window opened, purchasing Mercedes S450 new should be a beautiful experience and new car should be in mint condition, no the car was not delivered on time, was not financed on time, was not delivered on mint condition and as of today I have not heard back from dealership, i have exchanged a lot of text, emails phone calls and Facebook messages. The biggest issue I currently have, i can not register my new car in Texas and pay the sales Tax because the dealership has not sent me the documents I will need to register the car. I got so tired with this new car in 8 months I have no temporary plates to drive the car, no registration. Please guys if someone has issues like this dealership this size should fix things very quick. I have no idea what to do now. I am trying to trade the vehicle and i can not trade because the vehicle its not register in my name. Please guys take this serious and call me back. Another optional product i wanted to cancel called XZILION I was told that i can not cancel because the product was applied to my vehicle. I have no idea how this product was applied to the vehicle or how that product works. But the most important its the registration for me. Hope someone will listen and try to fix the issue today. If not I will have to get the legal way, will cost me money but I need to take care of all this issues.

Jorge (Sales) and Mike (Financing) were the absolute worst! Do not do business with this slimy place. The test drive experience was fine, and I set up an appointment to come back and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived they said they had to print paperwork (shouldn't that already be done if we had an appointment?). The showroom was absolutely empty, and they had us sit and wait for over 30 mins before Mike finally came over and said "oh I saw you sitting here and thought I'd get you started." It's all a big song and dance to wear you down. He then started pushing us way too hard on the extended warranty. I politely declined several times and he finally moved on with the process. Then he came back to it and started telling us how much we needed this BS warranty. It was so frustrating for someone who actually knows what they're doing, I was about to walk away at this point due to the slime-ball tactics being used. Alfano, please recognize that your customers are not idiots and accept a straightforward deal instead of wearing them down. The entire purchase process took over 2 hours because they kept stepping out of the room and making us wait and overselling add-ons we didn't want. I will never be back to this dealership and advise all to stay away.
