My mother lent me money for my down payment for my condo and I wanted to pay her back. First, working with Brad Vigil we though what would be best, to take the full amount in a cash refinance. After working out the details he came to the conclusion of taking less cash out of the refinance and borrowing against my 401K. This was something I'd never imagine, he saved me money in my mortgage and interest. The loan was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking to refinance or get a loan for a new home. the honesty and professionalism is unmatched. I appreciate, and my Mom, all they did for me. Sean at Assist Home Loans worked his tail off for me. I was under a tight schedule with a 30 day escrow and he hustled and got it done earlier than 30 days. He promised me a good interest rate, and delivered even better. There were many hoops to jump through in order to stay on schedule and he handled it like a champ every step of the way. My real estate agent who has been in the business for over 30 years was greatly impressed with him as well, and said he planned to use him in the future. Overall awesome buying experience. Justin and his group made our mortgage experience for our new home as pleasant as possible. They were very diligent in finding a loan solution that met our financial needs. Several options were presented to us, Justin went through the options and explained the financial impact of each one.
