Having always been with banks, I find I really like this credit union. Made the switch due to getting engaged and agreed to give up my financial institution. Shout out to Joy at the Alpine location in Rockford who kept me entertained with her fun sense of humor! Also props to Ashley at the same location who did everything possible to rush my banking needs as I was heading to a doctor's appointment. Very thoughtful of my time and I felt very appreciated for my business. Never got service quite this friendly from my former bank, they were more standoff like.

Very happy I went there yesterday to get help with some debt and upcoming medical expenses. Shanece (hope I spelled her name right) and Kasey were very helpful, and way more important to me, personable. Every time I'm in any customer service situation, financial or otherwise, I hear 'yes sir' or 'of course sir' so many time it makes me want to scream. I'm an individual person, and my name isn't 'sir.' I very much appreciated how both of them just talked to me like a human being.

I live outside Illinois; ordered my vehicle through a dealer in another state. Have banked with MembersAlliance for many years. Called MACU last minute last month to check its loan rates after the dealer surprised me with a much higher than expected rate. I was lucky to connect with Denise Wimmer on a Tuesday afternoon. She was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. My loan rate was near zero percent! Denise made the process super easy – less than 10 mins on the phone initially, a couple of emails later, reviewed & signed documents via DocuSign on the same afternoon. She worked late to overnight me the cashiers check! All virtual & saved 7 hrs of driving. She checked in daily until my vehicle was delivered to the dealer a week later. Superb customer service!

This is my second loan with MA. This time I worked with Athena Higgins. Athena went above and beyond for me several times to work out the details of my loan even when the dealership was hard to work with.

I became a member yesterday and Joy was very helpful. She patiently answered all of my questions and even stayed after hours to finish signing me up.
