From the very first phone call all the way to the payoff of my account FCM has been fantastic. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they truly are good at what they do. Their program helped to set me on my way to successfully getting my debt erased, my credit cleaned up and my financial freedom restored, not to mention it stopped the creditor calls and even stopped court proceedings on one account. If you are struggling but really want to get your $$ in order, talk to these people. Highly recommend!

Prior to finding Family Credit Management I was $20,000 + in debt. With the help of their debt consolidation plan I was able to close all my accounts, get lower interest rates, and settle all the accounts in a two year span. With so many companies out there stating they can help you out of debt, you do not know who to believe. I am definitely glad I found Family Credit Management. The staff was very helpful, informative, and attentive. They handled everything with my creditors, so all I had to do was send in the money. It was more cost effective then trying to juggle everything on my own and my credit score skyrocketed after only a few payments. I was able to pay down and off thousands in just a couple years! I would absolutely recommend using Family Credit if you need some debt relief.

When I first set up the account the communication was fabulous, they were able to set up a great repayment plan with my creditors. But now a couple months in they have sent a few of my payments late, and customer service is not very friendly. The representative you start with is not the one you will work with, they just pass you along and you get a new person every time you call or send an email to. They will tell you you need to double up your payments if you want your creditors to be paid on time, what’s the use of debt management?

Family Credit Management has been the most honest and most transparent company I have ever worked with to consolidate my debt. Just like many people in their 20's who had no idea what credit cards were or how they even worked, my consuner debt got out of hand and now almost 30, I am trying to repair all the damage my young self has done. FCM passed no judgment on any of my balances and worked with all my creditors for a lower APR and lower monthly. Unlike other companies, they are not offering you a loan to consolidate your debt. Rather, they work with your creditors for better rates and monthlies that are doable. I started in January 2018 and in about 6 months (November 2020) all my accounts will be paid off. It seems like a long time, but it was so worth it. Thanks to them my credit has been saved and improving on a monthly basis. The staff has always been so friendly, quick to reply, and answered all my questions to patiently. I live in Hawaii so it helps a lot due to the time difference when I'm contacted via email instead of calls. This was the only company that has truly helped me become consumer debt free. The staff really care about their clients and are so quick to reply via email for any updates I have. If you have any debt that is getting out of hand, I encourage you to reach out to Family Credit Management first before getting a consolidation loan. They were so worth it to work with. Thank you!

I am a mortgage lender and I often run into customers who need to get a handle on their debt. They are not able to get a loan because of the high payments Etc. I will refer them to Faimly Credit Management Services because not only are they professional, they are the real deal. This is not a place that charges you a ton of money to payoff your debt. This is a real place that is honest and works hard. I know this, because I have used them. Lindsie Story was my debt consultant/manager and she was amazing. I always felt she was working for me, at times, fighting for me. I felt I had someone on my side and my advocate. I can not thank them enough!

I have nothing but good things to say about this program! From the start the staff was extremely respectful and listened to my needs. They helped craft a monthly payment that was extremely affordable while negotiating lower interest rates and minimum payments so that they still reported to the credit companies as on time and paid in full every month. I have already paid off two credit cards with them and I am on my way to paying off more. My credit score has jumped over 70 points in just a few months. They are very easy to work with! At the beginning it doesn’t seem like it’s working, but don’t get discouraged, it takes some time for them to get everything set with the credit card or loan companies and for to be reported to the credit report companies. But it does work, I promise! I’m looking forward to being completely debt-free in a few years, having a better credit score, and having financial freedom.

They are friendly, excellent, and knowledgeable, and will work with your creditors to get a lower interest rate. They were even able to get some of my creditors to give me 0%. It took me four years but it was so worth it. I made every payment on time and my credit score climbed into the 800's.
