Decent bank, but their automated systems don’t work. And when you try to get a person to help they just tell you that you’ve done it wrong. And since they’ve gotten rid of the benefits “due to covid”, there’s really no incentive to use this bank. USAA, Amazon, and Capital One all give better benefits and have better customer service. I recommend going elsewhere. Jan is great. Molly is not helpful, and the rest are ok.

Finally, a bank that acts like they actually work for you. Always pleasant employees, fast service and an atmosphere that is very welcoming. Thank you !

Love this bank very nice people

Went three times to the bank trying to open bank account for my son. First time we were told there is no banker and was sent to guilford branch. We rushed right away to guilford bank and arrived 15 min prior to the closing. Was told too late to do that and went home. We went again the week after in the afternoon, get to the bank and again was told there is no banker and to come back some other day :(

Only 2 drive thru lanes open yesterday, very slow service ahead of me, after waiting 5 minutes and nobody moving, I backed up and left.

Great personal service as well as rates. 100% ATM fee reimbursement for checking and savings accounts is awesome too!

Couldn't be bothered to give me change for a twenty.
