Always problems with my debit card. Gets declined constantly even with a large balance. Always locking me out of my online account. Not happy with this credit union

If there were an option for zero or negative stars, this place would deserve it. I have been a member for 10+ years and the customer service has gone from bad to worse. After a terrible experience this week I posted a negative review to Facebook and instead of reaching out to make an attempt to rectify the situation or apologize for their poor service they deleted my review. The hallmark of shady business practices trying to cover up their bad service and only allowing the positive reviews to remain on their page. Customers beware. As I am certain this review will be deleted too, i have already reported them to the better business bureau and the chamber of commerce.

Members Choice is an excellent credit union with great loan rates.

Always a great experience with a friendly staff

I've been with this bank for years and had nothing but issues. Constant mistakes by the employees or issues with their app. It is far from reliable. Most of the employees are friendly but others seem irritated when you ask for help. Avoid banking with them if possible to avoid future headaches.

I have been with this institution for well over 20 years. I now live in Texas and continue to bank with them. They are always a phone call away and always take care of me.

Great banking service. The bank tellers are very welcoming and helpful.
