My husband and I went into this not expecting it to go anywhere, but the team at Fairway helped us become homeowners! This process could not have gone smoother and we are as happy as can be. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful consistent and patient with us through all the paper work and task that were needed to get approved and buy our home. I would recommend to anyone.

Eric and his team were great to work with, they were informative throughout the entire process and helped us get a great rate on our mortgage. They were even able to help us close early on our home. I highly recommend working with them!

We will not be going through this company again…they gave us the run around for almost 2 months! Documents were lost and had to be resent…we were told $250 on closing day and they day of the lady at the title company told us over $700…I called at 8:30 to make sure we didn’t need to sign anything last minute I finally got a call back at 10:30 when we were closing at 11! The appraiser they used was nasty to the buyer and they said that it wasn’t his fault and he was a “reasonable guy”! They don’t take accountability for their mistakes! All around bad experience! They were rude on the phone at moments! Definitely DO NOT recommend even our realtor said she is going to tell people not to use them! My MILs coworkers son is a realtor and he said he won’t have his homebuyers use them either!

It would not let me leave anything less than 1 star. I am sorry to say it was an awful experience. The communication was none. Did not answer emails or phone calls. Days would go by and no response. Waited until 3 days before closing to let us know what needed done on the house in order to close. We ended up having closing set up 3 times because things were not done or communicated to us. My son found out about his closing day and time from the sellers attorney. Heard nothing from this company. Wasn't ready on closing day. Had to push closing back. Would not recommend.

I'm from Texas but chose the Eric White team based off a referral and reviews online. It wasn't an easy decision but one that I'm glad I made. Eric made the initial review. He explained exactly what my options were and what WE needed to do to get there. His team guided me through the process and now my wife and I have the home of our dreams. That's the short and sweet true version. What else you ask? Listen, in this day and age you hear words like Professionalism, Integrity and Five Star service being thrown around. The Eric White Team EMBODIES these characteristics. Danae H. handled my file, guided me through the steps and listened to my daily concerns. Josh D. compiled and processed all the paperwork and ensured those pesky i's were dotted and t's crossed. Sandra locked it down in closing and there was my wife and I with our new house. From the moment I started this journey speaking with Eric it just "felt right". I did have anxiety, I did worry, I did get frustrated. But having the Eric White Team there for me to address my concerns always calmed me down and relaxed me. Hey, buying a house is a HUGE life event and definitely stressful. Do yourself a favor and choose the Eric White Team. It's a lot easier making that journey with people you can trust and depend upon.

Eric and his team made buying my home a very seamless process! Eric and his team made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. They worked efficiently and we're very knowledgeable. They were always available for questions. My real estate agent said that they were very easy to work with and they the responded quickly to her needs.

Havent had time to write this review but not today! Very unimpressed by the experience I had with Fairway. It was frustrating from beginning to end due to multiple issues. It first started with not locating documents we had already sent in. We had to resend several documents more than once. I also had no idea where we were at in the loan application process and reached out on more than one occasion because I hadn’t heard anything. They obviously struggled with communication. I had to call them when I noticed a change in my monthly payment. They explained that this was because my property taxes hadn’t been accurate in their initial monthly payment estimate. This was because they had used ZILLOW?! as their source for that information rather than county tax records. I was told they’d contact my home insurance service provider to see about lowering my premium in order to reduce my monthly payment. That never happened though. I ended up doing it. Further communication breakdown occurred before my closing. My closing costs ended up being about 2k higher than I was expecting. It wasn’t until questioning this cost that we were informed why. This is something that should’ve been explained to me from the get go. My biggest issue was that the closing cost amount was not given to us until the night before we closed. This should’ve been provided to us 3-5 days before closing. Excuse after excuse about their people being backed up. Completely unacceptable. If you have a higher work load then you need to be working longer hours. Our closer didn’t even get our paperwork until the MORNING OF closing. At the closing, the closer and the sellers’ realtor had very unfavorable things to say about Fairway. They reported that they dread having to work with this loan provider, rarely close on time, and have to repeatedly send nasty emails in order to get things done. Overall, horrible experience, especially for first time buyers. I was tricked by good reviews I read online. I did buy a home right after someone named Christina left who I had heard was good. Shame she left. Do not bother reaching out to me to make your attempt at amends. I am not going respond. What’s done is done. I just won’t use you again and will continue to encourage others to do the same.
