Its great here, usually. I have a few accounts at CEFCU and seem to have had no issues at this location.

I went in today to try to do an international bank transfer. First of all, they didn't ask for any proof of who my mom said she was, before they started the transaction. After I had given the information on my account, the person went off to talk to his supervisor but left us waiting around for 20 minutes. He came back, took more information, went again. This time the manager came to say they were having a problem with the computer. After an hour, we thought it was done and left. Then, they called us at home to say it hadn't gone through. The thing is, if you don't know how to do a transfer, just say so and don't waste my time. Also, it should be common practice to ask for identification to do banking, as it is online. Not impressed at all and I haven't been able to do the transfer, which is annoying.

Requested to withdraw .84 cents out my account, I realize that may sound crazy but every bit of money helps me get along, it was either that or I wasn’t going to eat today. I was very embarrassed when the woman who was helping me was laughing at me the whole time. Very disappointed with this service.

Very unprofessional. Money eating pit, not open to address internal process issues to shorten the processing cycle, keep asking for the same information over and over, Mortgage department is a pain.... takes 4 months to process mortgage refinance where customer loose rate savings of 4 months... on top of that Cefcu charges $350 to relock the rates.. very unreasonable....

convenient location. They are usually pretty busy so try and go during an 'off time' if you can.

Was really busy but the customer service reps seemed to be getting folks in n out of their offices quickly. Stephanie helped me get a "stamp" I required for some paperwork & she was very efficient, explained everything & had me out of there in under 20 min from when I pulled into the parking lot. Pretty good I'd say. Of course that DOES depend on the type of business you're conducting with your service rep, but I was impressed ESPECIALLY with the number of people waiting to be helped.

Always great service from the folks at CEFCU. I was a bit concerned today because there were so many people when I walked in but the line moved really quickly. All the tellers were on hand to help everyone with what they needed.

I been banking here for awhile never had any real problems. How ever when shopping for a mortgage I did end up going elsewhere and saved a lot of money by doing so the online portion also trips out quite a bit

Slowest drive thru cefcu around, expect to spend 30+ minutes everytime you stop

Staff is friendly. Have been going here over 10 years and have never had any issues.
