Members 1st Federal Credit Union Market St, Camp Hill

I’ve never been to a Member’s 1st branch where they don’t count the deposit in front of you. Brought in a large-ish cash deposit and it was fed directly to the machine with no counting. Of course, it inevitably came up $20 short from my personal count and there was no way to verify the count because “the machine is never wrong,” so they would have to do a full audit. So my options are either accept a short deposit or make a huge deal over $20 and look like a jerk. They seemed to be very short staffed, but I wish that didn’t lead to corners being cut. I would recommend using the Enola or Lemoyne locations as they actually verify your transactions and have much better customer service.

Always receive better than average service. Tells are polite and kind and I am grateful to have my credit union so I don't pay rediculous fees like crappy banks. If you're using anything but a credit union your loss. This credit union does it right imho. Where else can you get Visa rates, free checking, etc ? Check them out.

Like working with Credit Union instead of banks, have always gotten great service here with protection on my accounts. Have been banking here for almost 20 years.

Have been a member for the past 11 years and then all the sudden they cancel my checking account, they ate slamming my credit card with late charges. I use to live this place but now I hate it.

Wish there was a negative star rating. They send out new chip cards claiming to members that they will be easier and safer....then when they detect "possible fraud" (when the card was used nowhere out of the ordinary, only repeat locations) they simply lock out all of your available funds and decline any use with no notice. No calls, no alerts, no notice, just shut down your accounts. So after you get shamefully declined on multiple purchases, you must go into the branch and wait while they figure it out and get you a new card. Real eye opened to who I am putting in possession of my money, might as well put it in a burlap sack and put it under my mattress.

They are the greatest. They have helped me on multiple things. As a young adult I need a bank that will help me out. And this one helps me with everything. All the lady's and men in there are amazing always very friendly. Definitely my bank. ❤❤

It's a bank! What's not to love about it? Well, i guess there are a few things to note... -Friendly staff -Nice and quiet -Plenty of parking -Easy driveway right at a stoplight -Free bottled water -A coin counter -Drive thu atm
