As a first time home buyer we were both very nervous, and very worried that we would be told we couldn't qualify for a home purchase. Melonie is Awesome. I was working with Wells Fargo for months trying to do a refinance and was getting no where. She was able to get my refi done in less than 4 weeks with half of the documents that Wells Fargo was asking. Our loan was closed and Wells was still asking for more info, what a joke. I highly recommend Melonie was fast, professional and was able to get us a great rate and a 15 year mortgage instead of 30 to save us even more money. Call her you won't be disappointed.
