Where do I begin? When I first inquired about a cash-out refinance, I really didn't know where to begin. My wife and I called and spoke with Jerry, and within a couple hours he'd sent a very detailed email outlining our current credit status, current options, and a few strategies to align our finances and credit for the best possible outcome. After implementing one of the suggestions, my wife and I spent the next 2-3 months working through our plan and was able to increase my credit score over 50 points...and get my debt-to-income significantly lower.
