Megan and her team are the absolute best!!!! She was able to get me and my family into our home just right before Christmas all within a matter of 2 weeks maybe less! Initially we went with a nightmare lender who was recommended to us and boy did I regret even wasting 5 min of my time with them! We were faced with a team who lacked communication, and just overall dropped the ball miserably and ASSUMED that I was going to purchase the house as an “investment” property. They were an absolute joke! I was hoping to work with them in the future but I’m glad they showed me that I cannot trust them. Megan and her team did not work diligently and treated our case as if it were just another number. Communication was broken up into weeks where we had to reach out first to receive an update on our home ownership process. Eventually, all communication ceased on their end without any explanation. We were able to reach out to another lending team that quickly and efficiently got us to our end goal and closed within 2 months.
