I called customer service three times, went to the branch near Bandera Rd, and they were not able to or appeared to want to help me. Their answers just didn’t make sense to me, and I decided to try one more time to get help. I stopped at the branch at 281 N branch off N Loop 1604. After explaining the situation to Malachi Bravo, the Branch Manager was such an amazing person listening and explaining the reasoning and options available. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable, traits rarely found in today’s world. He is the reason I will continue to do business with Security Service because they do care for their members and don’t treat them as just a number. I highly recommend the 281 N branch to anyone needing guidance with their financial needs.

One word Arthur! this man literally carries the bank on his shoulders. he is the only reason my wife and I have not closed out our business account. we have never had a good experience with any of the bankers whether they’re new or experienced, they always tell us different operating procedures and they always have to ask multiple questions leaving the office, the first business account we ever opened took over two hours…. (my wife is a banker so she knows what to expect and she said this is completely out of the ordinary) We were about to give up with this bank until a man name Arthur helped us out, and let me tell you he was top notch, yesterday he also helped us out because we were originally helped out by a different banker who almost completely messed up our international wire & and caused severe headaches, by not knowing her job and not listening to the customer. y’all need to make sure Arthur trains everyone and give him a raise. you have no idea the sh*t show that business bank account holders have to go through at this location.

Come to this branch because it was the closest to my work. I arrived 30 mins before closing. I needed a debit card and I waited 45 mins and no one helped me. The guy with the long hair Attended to the lady and her daughter, then walks pass me and talked to another lady. Those 2 customers come after me and they got helped. The lady at the front desk who signed me in didn’t even acknowledge me either, just smiled and walked by me and took the lady with her daughter To a room and assisted them. The 2 guys there didn’t even ask me if I needed help or if I had been helped already. I literally walked out. Worse experience ever! Very unprofessional!

I had to close my account because of identity theft fraud and Adrian S. that helped me at the 281N location was so awesome. He had his hands full, but took his time and made sure everything was taken care of. Also, called me a couple of days later to check to make sure all was good. What a nightmare. Bank tellers take SO LONG to help and no one else is even around. Had to go inside after being helped halfway through to be told they charged me $32.14 EXTRA just to pay off my auto loan. I was years early in complete pay off. Never late on a payment. Complete insanity.
