Came in for a recall repair. As far as the recall repair it was done in a timely matter and the truck was washed afterward, awesome. Had asked about pricing a passenger Low Beam headlight replacement, since it happen as I got to the dealership. No quote was provided due to the system not working to provide a price quote.

Purchased my vehicle from another dealership, this was my first time having my vehicle serviced by a different dealership and McNeil Chevrolet surprised me with an overview video of the service being performed on my vehicle so I was informed every step of the way. I really like that feature btw. Lastly, they’re technician was very observant correcting a mistake done by a different dealership. Extremely happy and will be servicing my car here from now on.

Had a coolant stain in my driveway.....McNeil said it was Water Pump AND Thermostat housing and charged me $1360 to fix. Still got coolant leak in driveway again. Same spot as before. No loaner and had to miss time and work to be able to get the car in AGAIN. Then they said crack in the reservoir was reason. So no way does a car w 50k miles have 3 things in the coolant system leaking. Bottom line they missed the cracked reservoir and charged us almost $1400. And when finished with last repair I got zero service documentation. Just the keys and your car is out front.

Great place to buy a USED Automobile. I took my grandson there to purchase a used vehicle. The employee's were very helpful. My grandson got a Jeep.

It's been around two years since the sale and I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I was on a limited budget and had zero time to shop around for cars. I called one or two other dealerships before reaching Clayton Minic at McNeill. He must have sensed my urgency because he didn't try to upsell me, unlike the previous salesmen from other dealerships. He gave me a quick list of what he had available before offering a specific suggestion. At first I was apprehensive of the specific suggestion but Clayton told me a bit about the car's profile and it was enough for me to go with it. Since then, a few unassociated people have looked under the hood and all have been impressed by how clean it looked. What Clayton said about the car's history was true.

I came in for a tire rotation was advised to save time by purchasing my own lug nuts ahead of time from an auto parts store then was a little annoyed that those didn’t fit my car. You were able to replace the 4 lug nuts needed without charging me for those and finish the job. I was very relieved and pleased with the service. Thank you so much!

Thought dealerships were top notch, not this one. My car was not diagnosed properly. I paid for services that were not needed, then was told they found the issue. Great fix it! Picked my vehicle up drove home found a shop rag wrapped around axel and rotor. Clearly test drive wasn’t made after repairs were done beings shop rag didn’t catch fire and I still have the same issue!!!! Handed a free oil change card for a rag left in an area excessively hot area as they even describe, slap in the face!!!!

Brought cars in for oil changes and tire rotation. Since winter had really abused my 2012, had a through inspection done. Had to replace battery and some other small parts, car left running much smoother. A good visit.

Let me start by saying our sales rep was a nice person. When I called to find a traverse I was told we have one available and it's coming from Michigan. It shouldn't take more then a few weeks. I was ok with that because it was gonna be a birthday present . So I put down my $500 and waited. Weeks went by and nothing . Then her birthday came and I was upset about it , but I understand delays with everything going on. So I was thinking I can gift it to my wife for mother's day. Didn't come then either.. We waited 3 months. We were offered no concessions. The manager made a mistake told us payment would be $376 but it was actually $396 instead of offering to just have the lower payment we got the higher one. Every dealership I've been to has went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. I didn't feel that here.

Jerry was very helpful in finding me the car that I wanted without trying to push a car that I was not interested in. He showed me the options available and let me choose what worked best for me. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

The buying experience was good but the wait time to get my Bolt transmission module is not acceptable. I would have given the dealership a perfect 10 if not for this massive defect.

I was traveling from Maryland and my truck had a an issue that left me stranded over the weekend. Brought the truck into the service center on Monday morning, Michael was able to get my truck in right away. Cody diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road. After I left, the code came back on, I returned and they continued to diagnose and fixed the problem. Micheal and Cody went above and beyond to make sure my truck was operational and safe so I could get back to my family. Micheal even called me the next morning to make sure I made it home. I am forever grateful...thank you!

Oil change and tire rotation. Was impressed with inspection video. Only dissatisfaction was vehicle went in with no issues. Left with tire pressure sensor problem. Estimate to change pressure sensors (4) was 436.00. Other shops are charging 280.00 for all 4. Having them rechecked at time of this writing

Wanted to look at buying a truck from them as it had everything I wanted on it, but since I don't live in the area they were going to charge $2,000 dollars over MSRP. I get that inventory is low everywhere, but don't mean you should charge extra since I don't live in the area.

I bought my Silverado from Jerry Salyers and it couldn't have been a better experience. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features in my new vehicle and the paperwork process was smooth and quick. Was a good experience but the car wash needs work, put a long scratch on my car that was buffed out but still shouldn't happen.

This post will attest to McNeill’s true character and kindness. My young son left his emergency medication bag in one of cars, and not only did McNeil find it, but they shipped it back to our home. Thank you for your kindness and for helping him! We appreciate you and your character!

Everything went great. One major issue occurred, however. I asked for my driver side front tire to be inspected as it was rapidly losing air as I explained to the attendant. The tire was rotated to the back right and it was evident only air was put in the tire without inspection. 3 hours after the service I was at tireman in Defiance as my tire had lost 20 psi in that short amount of time. There was a large nail lodged in the tire and the mechanic mentioned that "It could not be missed." My question would be, "Was I even listened to when I addressed my concern?" This could have been a potentially dangerous situation.

Jeremiah “the bullfrog” is hands down the Best salesman! He listens to the things you want & need in a vehicle and makes it happen, he explained every key feature on my 2021 trailblazer before I pulled out! Jeremiah is very knowledgeable and goes over everything from the paperwork, extras, to the vehicle. I will definitely be buying all my vehicles from McNeil Chevrolet from Jeremiah.

Go see Clayton Minic at McNeil's In Swanton OH. He will take great care of you and do all he can to get you into a vehicle. From the salesman when I bought 3 vehicles, to the service department getting my oil change, to the front desk picking up my documents or paying for my vehicle services. Everyone is great and I have and will keep referring and coming to this location.

I asked the dealer to repair a "Stabilatrac & Flashing Check Engine Light" that has come on in my car for the 3rd time. The previous 2 times I was told it was repaired (which I find unlikely). This time I don't think they even looked at the vehicle as there were no repairs made and the light is coming on and engine operating rough/knocking. This is a repair covered under warranty and I would like it repaired correctly and quickly.

McNeill Çhevrolete are very thorough when it comes to oil changes. They checked and topped off all my fluids. They sent me a video while I was waiting for my car of everything they checked on my car covering under the hood, the tires, and all of the undercarriage. They rotated my tires and also washed my car free of charge. There were a couple things that I needed checked out and they fixed those problems for me. People wonder why I don't go to someone where I live instead of to Swanton. They sold me a vehicle and I was very satisfied with it. They do a great job when I go in for my oil changes. I am a single woman and some places take advantage of that and think they can pull something over on me. I go where I know I can trust their crew so why should I ruin a good thing?

From sales to management, McNeill Chevrolet is hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with. They worked hard to find the perfect truck for my company needs and were transparent through the entire process. I've bought several vehicles from many dealerships and they have earned my business for life. Clayton Minic is the most helpful and professional sales person I've dealt with.
