Big Buffalo Pawn Shop US, Delta

I understand that pawn shops are not known for customer service..but this place takes the trophy for the worst. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you in. A great friend needed a loan and took a very nice pistol there. This friend has memory issues and missed pick up on his gun by one day. He called and asked if he could buy the gun back even at a profit for the store, because he did not want to let it go. The shop told him they would not sell it back to him because they already sold it. The law states that the pawn shop can not sell a firearm until 14 days after the pawn is surrendered, but this was a $1300 gun he had a $400 loan on. Most likely one of the guys added it to their own collection. If you need a loan, drive to Defiance and visit Wooden Indian, or hit a Cashland in Toledo. This place goes out of their way to show customers how little they value them.

Very professional and courteous staff. We brought some ammo we found up to sell them and they gave us a great offer on it. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible business ethic and customer service. I went in a paying customer and purchased an xbox one s that I was assured worked and had a 1T HD. I got it home and found the controller to be defective as well as the HD to be 500g .I called and asked if they could swap the control out. They said I could for a generic control. Refused to work with me at all on the price difference. When I explained why I was wanting compensation for the cheaper product I was hung up on. I called back, remaining calm and was assured I was purposely hung up on and told I would be dealt with if I came in. Real professional.

This is not a good pawn shop to do business with. I think it's because they're kind of out by their self in swanton.they will not offer you a decent price on anything you bring them to get a loan on or sale.the things that they have on their showroom floor or barely price below the value of the same thing as new and some stuff is priced as high as new and even over the cause that if you just went to a store and bought it and knew you could buy it at. my suggestion, if you want any kind of hunting supplies guns or firearms go to clelands, Bass pro Shop, Cabela's, Dunham's, just anywhere else and you're going to be over by the same stuff in much better condition with warranties and you're not going to be saving that much money if you buy it at their pawn shop instead. I've literally seen them price stuff higher than what you could buy it new in the store. Lonely will you save much more than 10 to $25 on a product there at big buffalo pawn shop. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going to these guys. There's much better pawn shops in Toledo. There's a few much better ones in Findlay also.

After wandering around forever looking for a reliable FFL, found the folks at Big Buffalo a few years back. Always there, always reliable and a very fair price. I count on them for all my transfers.

The prices are just average, or slightly higher than average. If you're looking for a deal, it's not worth the drive from Toledo.

After reading the negative reviews, I can't believe these people went to the same place where I go! Due to some unforeseen stuff on my end, I had to pawn 4 rings over a year ago. I felt I got a fair price, & I should be able to get them back soon, but as long as I pay, I know my items are safe. I have ALWAYS found the staff (2 men, 1 younger, 1 older, and Lola) to be polite, helpful, honest, and friendly. When they have sent me a notice due to my falling behind, I receive it at least 3 1/2 weeks in advance. They have rules - they have to. And they have to enforce them for everyone, equally. I even bought some tools there. I will always go back to them.

My go-to place for emergency cash. They have good rates on pawns and you can extend the loan time by re-paying the pawn charge. Not my first choice for selling, but that's not why I go there.

2,000.00 pair of earrings and was offered 200 bucks!!! After sending pics and paperwork. Was told to drive there and waste my time to hear 200 dollars!!

Called and inquired about pawn. Was told we pawn about 60% of value. Drove 1hr 30min and they tried to give me 350 for a 1500.00 item. What a bunch of liars do not waste your time or gas.
