Fifth Third Bank & ATM Turtle Crk, Swanton

This review is about the whole company, not just this location. I have been on hold, waiting to talk to anyone in the security department for 26 minutes now and still waiting because the call volume. I understand under staffed but if the call volume for security is so high, if someone has to wait longer than half an hour to talk to someone in the security department then some serious work needs to be done. The employees at this location are truly lovely but this company can eat my shorts and go die under a bridge.

I went into open a joint account with my wife. We are alredy are premiere customers and was told we would have to pay for our checks. The individual we talked to just to just came back after being off for 8 months. The other individual working was just hired and in training we could not get a straight answer. Why would you have two individuals working who are not trained on the policies. Where is the branch manager.

Not my bank. I used the atm here and the machine ate my card. I went in and asked why and how I can get it back. They said if I was a bank member they would go open it. If I wasn't they wouldn't open it. I was confused and upset. I told them I wasn't leaving until they gave my card back and they were going to call the police on me. I had to have a new card mailed to me. Had they helped me I would have maybe used them for future banking. Too many other banks to even consider them now.

Called to make appointment for loan specialist, they wouldn't let me, told me to come in.. well, waited, waited and waited after being told someone would be right with me.. no one in the bank.. still waited just to be ignored.. terrible bank.. ended leaving, go to different brand that actually helps their customers!!!!!
