Unfortunately After a year and a half of good check cashing history I’m being penalized for it. The clerk (Alexis) decided today was the day to permanently raise my standard 1% cashing rate to a “special” scale of 2% & 4% after x amount. My checks have been verified yet she see to it more money be taken out of my checks! Thanks for your dedication to your position to single me out… I’ll stick to A BANK & I hope everyone else does!!!

I went into cash a check like I have done for five years and they decided since the person that signed the check over to me wasn’t answering the phone and I said it to say I will call them so they know it’s you Side to kick me out and not cash the check because she said I wasn’t listening now I’m sitting here out of gas waiting for help because she is cited me trying to call the person was wrong

Avoid this place at all cost. I recently did an installment loan with them and the girl explained the whole thing completely wrong to me saying I had X amount of paments and insted of saying your final payment is this ammount she told me with your last payment it would be my total ammount paid back. I want you to make my last payment only to find out that I owed a couple of hundred dollars still when I told them I didn't have the money I was going to work out payment arrangements with the lender NCP which I was they deposited the check into my account regardless after they said they would let me make arrangements over drawing my account.

My information was sold to a 3rd party even though paid account . 3rd party auto drafted $500 out my checking account . Claims I now owe them for my loan !

The lady I had was very nice her name was Alexis she went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much for helping me..ill go back.

Let me tell you.. I NEVER leave reviews but I needed to today. I went here twice to cash a check, the first experience was decent the second was awful. i waited about 45mins because the two front desk associates were trying to contact the business I work for to verify that the check was real… what kind of establishment is this. I also had an account on file. I was then told after waiting 45mins that they did not have enough money to cash my check, so go somewhere else or open up a green dot account… lol, what a joke of a business. Great tactic to get sign up referrals to green dot though. Smh

I came in to cash a check and the tellers name was Deborah and she made it the worst experience ever. Because of her my friends or myself will be returning. She was very rude very snappy with me and talked down to me like my business meant nothing to her. I will not be back

The lack of customer service skills is big with these folks.. Probably shouldn't chew and snap gum in the customer's face while making a transactions. The slurping and chomping of that girl's mouth urked me like crazy! Then the other employees were just standing around complaining about their customers. I hate the fact I had to even deal with this place but it was my only option for the transaction I needed to complete.

Customer service is nice here. I can't understand all the negative reviews when as long as you make your payments on time or call and tell them you will be a little late they do not harass you.

Avoid this place!!! They take money out of your account and overdraw it and don’t even notify you what’s going on with your loan! Never again will I ever pull a loan from here again!!!!
