Let's just say we go it done in the end. I would never recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism, lack of responsiveness and just plain rudeness of some of the closing staff. They even dropped the ball on our final settlement check. It was supposed to be overnighted to us, but it ended up taking a week to receive through the slowest version of FedEx.

Can't say enough good things. We have a property company and have used many title companies. This was by far the best. Efficient, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. And guess what, genuinely Nice! Would totally recommend.

I had the absolute worst experience with this title company. They missed documents in the stack we had to sign. My lender alerted them to this on Tuesday (the day after our closing) and I had to follow up Thursday because I hadn't heard a thing about when/if the loan would fund or disposition of funds. The closing staff is about as non-detailed oriented as I've ever seen; uninterested in customer service, or educating themselves to answer questions correctly. Nothing is ever their fault. I was told a large sum of money would be disbursed by wire; found out 2 days later as I panicked that it was missing that it was sent by check. I felt like my closing was run by the Keystone Cops. Beware of using them.

They stayed past closing to finish my deal. They were patient and attentive.
