I visited Cody at the Troost location for a title loan. Cody made me feel comfortable through the whole process and even got me approved for more money! The process was simple and pain-free! Wonderful experience Caleb, Penny, Kirby were phenomenal. After, talking on the phone i came in and had problems i didnt even know could be fixed taken care of. Best company hands down.

The store manager (Kirby) has excellent customer service skills, handles the public very well and efficiently. However, with no fault on the manger can't see the building due to large growth of brush from vacant car wash. Also with it being a lengthy process in paperwork the manager could not offer customers water......... there was no hydrant or bottled water in building

This is my second time coming back . I love how they treat and talk to you like a person not a number. April was very professional and welcoming. April and the rest of the staff gave a amazing energy and set the tone for a comfortable atmosphere. I will be a repeat customer!

Jeralina and Cody Schoenherr were really nice and I appreciate their time and patience with me, they also have great customer skills and were very professional.

I needed funds quickly and my bank was slow as hell to give me a decision about a personal loan, they needed this, they needed that, they needed to know what I doing 3 years ago on a Tuesday, just no help. So I got online and got in touch with TitleMax, gathered the paperwork I needed, went to the office and 30 mins later it was a done deal. Title loans usually are scary and expensive, not at this place. Jeralina and Cody rock!!!!! So go get one of their loans and be happy

Definitely the location to visit. Staff is friendly, helpful, informative about the process, and speedy. This location’s manger is awesome. Major kudos to him. I super appreciate his kind and respectful demeanor. Plus, it is immediately apparent he truly wants to help customers in achieving their financial needs, and is thoughtful and knowledgeable about the process in doing so. In summary: Highly recommend this store.

They were friendly and very helpful. When I walked in, I was greeted by everyone including a customer. All of my questions were answered and it was never a dull moment. Penny took her time with me and made sure I understood their terms and my payment options. If you own your car and is looking for some quick cash come to titlemax.

First off , I called to get as much accurate info & the man I spoke with was SUPER nice & helpful. He was very detailed & made sure I understood everything. I went in today & got the same guy with an even better in-person experience. I got even more help than I had asked for & was very pleased with the outcome. Definitely plan on recommending.

Although this is not a business I really wanted to patronize I am glad they were here. I initially worked with Penny and everytime since have worked with Kirby. I must admit the experince has been cool and helpful. I recommend Titlemax on Troost if you are able to responsibly handle your business. Sometimes there may not be many clerks to help but Kirby kicks in fast and efficiently! I really would give 5 stars but Im gonna hold that back for now.
