My husband and I transferred from out-of-state for work and got paired up with Ryann from the Billie Bauer Network. We seriously got so lucky because she was (is) the BEST to work with. We only had a long weekend to look for houses in an area we didn't know and she made it so easy and fun. We ended up going with a new home build and even though the process was long, she and her team were there every step of the way. They treat everyone like family and that is well appreciated being new to the area with no family or friends close by.
