MB Financial Bank Mchenry Rd, Wheeling

My experience with MB Financial - particularly, at their branches - had been very poor. As an agent managing funds for a long time (20-25+ years or so) customer of theirs... I found working with them to be incredibly difficult. Even the smallest of tasks was arduous. Changing signers, for example, on the business account (required when a new President was elected to oversee the board) was an awful experience. After scheduling an appt with a banker, I was forced to wait with my client for about a half hour to see someone. Then filling out forms took an additional hour and a half. Finally, when all was said and done... They made numerous errors inputting the provided information into there computer system resulting in inaccurate mailing addresses and other problems. We eventually switched banks.

Wow this branch should just give up and close. I can't believe I actually considered opening an account here a few months back. Apparently, due to new AML regulations you are not able to deposit any amount of cash into anyone's account if you're not on that account. I had a horrible experience here, please if you're considering opening an account due to convenience, look elsewhere. There are plenty of options with free accounts which also have no monthly fees or any other idiotic requirements. This place looks like it's going down soon anyways, it won't last with it's current staff and level of customer service.

Terrible experience at MB Financial. I have a business account here. Walked into the bank, waited 5 minutes to even receive service. Honestly. there was NO OTHER CLIENT at the bank. I mean there were enough workers to help me, but I guess clients are not of importance?

Waited for 2 hours to make a wire transfer. Then they told me I can go home and they will call when to come back and sing the papers. After another 2 hours of waiting I went to Chase and whole process took 10 minutes.

Best MB. Worked with Yesenia at this branch and she was absolutely fantastic. Yesenia provided great customer service. Would highly recommend working with her.

Most of the time I use the drive up thinking I would get faster service, but my waiting time just to be acknowledged is 10+mins and that's after ringing the button many time someone finally answers very rudely or bothered they tell you that they will be with you in a few minutes that was 15 minutes later for me because there was a car that came after me and left before me. Do they pick and choose who they help first or because I am a Hispanic does that mean we usually don't speak up or complain? Anyway! that was my first and second time so I decided just to use the ATM from then on and again because of the ATM being down I had to go to the Drive up to make my deposit and again I had to wait to be acknowledge and when I told them I needed to make a deposit because their ATM was down? the teller said I DON'T KNOW she left then a Male teller came later and ask if he could help me it was just like really do you guys know was going on in there do you communicate? My experiences as an MB customer have not been the good at all yesterday I called the Customer Service number and again got a Rude Representative. Does MB teach any Customer Service Skills to their employees? I have been in Customer Service for 30+ years and I've learn to acknowledge customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. I'm a customer of MB Wheeling Branch.

made a payment for mortgage. payment was never posted. branch lost payment paperwork, sent wrong copies to main OH office. Some workers at the branch are talking what food they are going to cook for parties, instead of working. STAY AWAY. find another branch, maybe you get a better luck

4 employees behind the counter, only 1 guy working, 5 people in line and a man waiting patiently in the drive up window for the 20 minutes I was there to cash a check. A payroll check drawn from an MB FINANCIAL account. Ridicules! Yeah, I want to open an account with you. .not

Waited for 20 mins to purchase gift card. Went through 3 people to activated cause they didn't know how to do it. And it's all on December 30th. Shouldn't they know it by now ???? Horrible. Don't go. Don't waste your time.

There cowards don’t open a business account with them they will not give you your money if you don’t have ur business check on you I worked here trust me and they talk about customers when they leave the branch and about how much money they have I. THere account
