Beacon funding is great! They have really helped our company to grow by helping us get the funding to add heavy equipment. I have nothing but good things to say about Don Seally and his team making everything go smoothly Between our company and the dealer we are working with.

You guys are horrible. I had my truck repo. All I'm asking for is Beacon funding to return my equipment that I paid for. I shouldn't have to go back and forth with associates about something that I bought to trying to help people who are stranded in need of a tow. You guys stole my v chain snatch block and tow straps and the j hooks ratchets. That equipment did not come with the lease of the truck and now you all refuse to return my items. Trying to make a profit off of a person trying to start a business with my 401k. Anyone leasing equipment should be definitely reconsider.

I have had great success with beacon. I was growing my business but it was constantly draining my finances every time I made a step it would take a year to recoup the money I had just spent which was a constant drain on my working funds. From the first loan on they have been great to deal with. Stephanie always gets what I need done. Thanks to beacon, I've been able to grow my business tremendously in the past few years and now on our 6th loan with them, we were able to keep more of our working capital working and have added employees as well. I'm not sure I could be where we are now had it not been for beacon. They are truly a great group and I would recommend to anyone trying to expand, give them a try.

Well I’m thankful for beacon to be honest. I met a nice gentlemen name jack on the phone and he helped me got approved for my first Tow truck. I did have to put down like 30% plus my interest rate was high. It really didn’t deter me because I knew I was on my way to making money. So I know the interest rate could be high especially in my case seeing I was a first timer but it got me started. And that I’m thankful for.

Once again Nick made another one of my customers really happy! He worked really hard on this one & once again came through. I will not work with anybody but Nick at Beacon because he truly cares about people & more than just a commission. He is works to put my qualified customers in better loans without all the interest & penalties at the end of the term. Nick is the the best!

They are an awful company to work with will never use them again. There price is a lot more after you sign up with them charge us 34,000 in 2.5 years was agreed upon 3,000 a year

I own a few businesses in my home town of Muskegon Mi. 1 of them is a used car dealership. Before going on the journey of opening my own businesses I was the General Manager of a couple General Motors franchise dealerships and before that General sales Manager. I have been in dealership management for about 14 years With all of that being said haha. I can say Brian was one of the best sales people I have ever met. Never once dodged a question at made up a BS answer. He was very informative and more helpful than I could’ve asked for. He also has the best follow up skills I have ever witnessed. We started this quest for funding months ago and I kept asking him to stay with me. If I asked 10 sales people to “stay with me” I guarantee most wouldn’t have and if he wasn’t one of the 10 I would’ve lost this chance for funding. Brian is an absolute superstar! I would say I have never had the opportunity to witness someone so good at the job of sales. And all of it done over the phone! WOW! If he ever mentions leaving I’d suggest you figure out how to change his mind.

Beacon Funding has the worst customer service agents I have ever encountered! As soon as you call the representative is quick & short "Where can I direct your call?" and if you are not sure & state so, they will raise their voice and repeat the same question even after giving the Rep. a short description of your needs. Once I was transferred over to Accounts Receivable, the male rep had no clue how to help me. He placed me on hold for a short time and came back on the line only to state he will call me back without verifying any numbers to call back to. I had to ask him kindly which number would he call back. He proceeded to give me the number on his caller ID. Guess who is still waiting on a call back from them? Me!!!! Extremely disappointed. Unacceptable.

Beacon Funding (Phil) really goes that extra mile to get their customers funded. I had been working with a customer for over 2 months and finally Beacon worked very hard with the customer to make sure that my company received its funds immediately. While working with Beacon, anytime I needed an update from Phil, Phil was very prompt with his responses and his time frames. Thank You all for your awesome hard work and also for going that extra mile to help your customers with their purchases/leases.

I was extremely satisfied with the people I talked to. I would rate the customer service a 5. ***BUT** I started out very open in my first Consultation about what I was needing, what stage I was in with my business, my credit score, the length of time I have been in business, financial situation… the whole 18 yards. I laid it all out there, and asked if they were able to help or what it would take for the to help, so I didn’t waste their time or my own. I was told with the information I gave, I would be required to put 10-15% down(15% at the most) but I would need to get them an application, paper work, bank statements, etc. A process taking over a month and multiple conversations later it went from 10-15% down…15% being the max) to 20%, then final offer required 1/3 down. I explained in the very beginning that 15% was a reach but doable… and I needed to make this happen so it couldn’t be done, to please let me know. I was told on numerous occasions that 15% was the number, then all said and done… it was 33% solely based on the length of time I’ve been in business… knowing that information from the very beginning. They promise a lot of things if you make payments on time for the first 3-6 months, as far as future help, building business credit and willing to help with more equipment later if needed, but how can one trust a company that handles the life support of your business, if they can’t stay true to their word right from the start?? **but** they truly do have very friendly, helpful, and humble customer service. Just a disconnect between customer service and underwriting.

Had bad experiences with previous funding reps but Phil D'Aquila is great to work with, we did four loans and then a couple years later five more. Thanks Phil!

The whole Beacon Funding team have been amazing to me and my company. They gave us a chance when nobody else would being a start up company. It has been a drug out process due to truck shortage but Miles stuck right in there with us and didn't give up! Kim was amazing as well with my request and my last minute changes. They have always been there for us at a drop of a dime!!! Would HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you!!

Beacon funding don’t try to help you unless have been in business for 10yrs it seem like. I was willing to put down over 17k on a 65k truck they told me that’s not enough to get approved I would need at least 30k and my credit score a (light 711 is what he said) been in business almost 4yrs. It’s best to try other companies because they dnt help start up businesses or just buy a used truck and keep saving your money!!

He was on top of the deal the whole time. Made it painless and great to work with.

Due to COVID-19 and the stay at home my business took a extremely bad hit to where I couldn't afford the equipment and they were unwilling to work with me now they are sewing me for almost triple what the equipment even cost in the first place and they resold it for almost what it cost new highly recommend not using this company

Representative Devin was pleasant and professional and he earned my business but no deal was made because financing process was demanding and complicated. Other equipment financing companies offered financing with less paperwork and approval was almost instant. This is the second time I tried financing with Beacon Funding and I will not be back.

We have been greatly impressed by the attention Bob has given our leases. We've received incredibly fast approvals, paperwork and funding. Kudos to the entire Beacon team for outstanding customer service. It's has made the process as painless as it can possibly be.
