DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEW, because the employees are compensated for them. I was asked to give a 5 star review right after my loan went through, I'm glad I didn't. They are only nice to new customers, once you've signed their contract you see the scum they truly are. I've been trying to get my loan balance for 3 weeks now, so I can pay it off. I've left multiple messages and have not received a call back. I'm about ready to just surrender the vehicle. I'd rather lose my vehicle then put up with the harassment and poor customer service anymore. **In response to the owners response** If you could read you would note that I said your employees were compensated for 5 star reviews and I was asked to give one just after my loan was finalized. If you look at my account I have not missed a payment nor been late for one. As for you responding quickly to requests, my wife and I are still waiting to hear from you for a request we made this weekend (1-11-19) it is far past the 4 hours or next business day listed on your voicemail. I'm starting to think the only person with any intelligence is Leanna. Maybe this is too big of a business for you to handle from home. Thanks for showing your true colors.

Needed some quick cash to pay a few bills. This is the third time I've gotten a loan from Maximum. I have had great experiences each time. I worked with Leanna and she was very professional and courtious. I highly recommend these guys if you need a loan.

At Maximum title loan I received friendly and fast service. In less 45 minutes I was done and had my loan. The staff is friendly and encouraged me to pay on my principle to save money. They also offer incentives for regular on time payments. I really like that I was able to make payments at Wells Fargo it made making a payment simple and convenient. The courtesy call to remind me my payment was coming due was a nice reminder too. If I am in a quick need of cash I will return to Maximum! Thanks Maximum.

I went to the Maximum Chandler office when I was having some trouble paying for my bills and had no other options to borrow money from. The promotion they gave me really helped me out and everytime I went into the office or talked on the phone with anyone they were really helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs some fast money. Their offices were also really clean and looked a lot nicer than any of the other title loan places I've driven by.

Best rates I fouND by calling around. They,don't check credit and make it easy to get the money. Ive used maximum title loans a few, times and they never hassle me. I even referred my mom; the team there are amazing and they make sure you are,taken care of !!!!

I was a good on time paying customer with Maximum Title Loans and I ran into a situation where I found it necessary to shop around my outstanding loan with another title loan company. When I informed Maximum of what my intention was and requested the loan payoff and daily interest I was put in touch with the manager. I expected some sales pitch as to blah blah this and blah blah that but to my surprise I was presented with a courteous, professional and helpful resolution. Maximum Title made a day that was filled with worry to a day filled with piece of mind. They understood my situation and provided me with much more favorable terms that made my decision to stay with them an easy one. I know many people have heard horror stories about title loans but as an individual who is retired and on a fixed budget Maximum Title did the exact opposite of what I thought they would do. They made a situation that deeply concerned me and became a reliable partner in resolving those concerns. I appreciate Maximum's professionalism in helping me meet my goals as a customer. This company is the worst. I have been calling for my payoff balance for over a week. I have left messages and even emailed but nothing. They love being able to keep charging you interest by NOT letting you pay off your loan. And no, my voicemail is not full and my email still works. I saw someone else had the same problem so this is surely a scam or a new way of getting money from people. Shame on them! Do not trust this company!

Staff is great, very professional. Evening I went in a strange man walked in and started asking random questions about the business. Both Leanna and the other employee (sorry can’t recall her name) answered all his random questions in a professional manner. Title loan experience was quick painless and very easy. Highly recommend!!

I needed a title loan but was hesitant. Christine walked me through the process over the phone and scheduled me an appointment. I then went to the Chandler location and was greeted and helped promptly. Kyle explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He provided the best customer service and helped me get a title loan.

Maximum Title Loans hired my company to take pictures at all 4 of their stores in the valley. I was very impressed with how they were presented both in decor and the friendliness of their staff. Working with the owner was great too in the scheduling and invoicing. As an outside observer and one who works a lot with owners of local businesses I can honestly say these people know how to treat their customers and are great at what they do.

I'm not a customer. I was going to be, but wow, what a cluster of an experience: I had all of my paperwork (except for proof of residency, the website said you needed -ID, -Title, -Car, I was able to get it) and arrived at 6pm (sharp). Since the site also boasts about the process taking 20-30 minutes, I didn't expect this to be an issue. They close at 7. Only incompetent people would complain about only having an hour to do something that takes 30 minutes. Immediately, Megan (more on her later) cops an attitude presenting herself as the type who clearly stops working an hour before quitting time. She certainly went out of her way to let me know how much of an inconvenience I was. Her having to type my info in apparently interfered with her (audibly) having a personal conversation on her phone or computer. After about 15 minutes after I provide everything and she does whatever she was appearing to do, I'm told that I don't meet the qualifications (nobody will tell me what that means) and was referred (without my consent) to another third-party. The website says "if you have a title, we guarantee a loan", so that's a pretty serious claim then. I specifically asked if the referral company could help me that day, and I was told by Megan they were open until 10pm. Knowing Megan as someone who doesn't exactly excel at her career choice, I called this location to detemine that they were, in-fact, closed. So beyond wasting 40 minutes at this miserable location with some of the worst service I've received in a long time, Megan then attempted to knowingly pass me off on a place that was closed. I called and explained that it didn't help me and I was uninterested in a third-party referral and for her to void any application I had and not be contacted by anybody else. Of course, she didn't comply with this request either. I'm not sure how the reviews are 4+ here, look at Yelp. Heck, look at the BBB. They are claiming an "A+" BBB rating when that is not the case (check for yourself). I'm sure the BBB would like to know about this. If you've got hours to waste with horrible, atrocious customer service by miserable people who are intellectually incapable of providing any customer service whatsoever, Maximum is the place. If you want to be lied to and made to feel like you're the biggest inconvenience in the history of customer service, this is your place. Megan is your girl. If you want to be in and out and treated professionally, go to TitleMax. I did ask twice to speak with a manager and was told I would be contacted. I never was. This experience occurred at the Mesa location, but I'm sure the incompetence and laziness applies to the entire enterprise.

My expieriance with Maximum title loans can be summed-up in 1 word AWSOME!! I had the pleasure of doing business with Leanna Garcia at the Chandler site and i can't say enough in how pleased i feel overall.Leanna was very helpful and it didn't take long to feel like part of the family.If given the oppertunity,a positive referral towards Maximum title loans would be a pleasure!!
