Beware! I brought 22k Indian Earrings which had a stamp, bought in India wit a certificate, and even was confirmed lately by RealReal specialist. The lady tried to convince me it’s 18k. Do not trust this store.

I’ve been shopping with Maxferd for almost 10 years and Laurak is the one helping me all the time and she’s very helpful and friendly. I really like her so much that’s why i keep coming back and also Joshua who is a good manager in store .

Horrible.....horrible..... horrible ....wasted my valuable time that I don’t like to waste. Josh made a deal with me and took my info and than apologized to me saying that he needs his boss to approve the transaction after agreeing to terms with me. I left a little annoyed , I called back the next day to ask for Josh to see if that “boss” was in and the rude woman on the phone said he’s not in and that there is no boss. Than I explained what happened and would like the name of the guy who gives the approval and refused to give it to me. Than I come in person to find out the nonsense spewed at me by the nasty attitude woman gave me and they tell me corporate probably is what Josh was talking about. Than the fat bald security clown made some dumb remark to me. Real professional place, complete Joke of a place and their stuff is all junk on top of that. Don’t bring anything quality there bc they are not even a nickel and dime spot.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I saw a necklace in the $300 and under case 3 weeks ago - I go in to buy it - the lady said it was an additional 30% off - the price was going to be $191 - perfect right? NO - it rang up for over $500 when she scanned it - her partner said that he would have to call their boss (in Israel) to see if it was OK to sell for the price advertised -after waiting for 10 or 15 minutes, he was not able to reach their boss so I left - I will never go there again and WILL NOT RECOMMEND this store to any of my colleague's or high profile clients here in Beverly Hills!
