I emailed back and forth with Jordan – the owner – for a day before bringing in the piece and all the relevant paperwork. They have beautiful offices in the Bank of America building that do not resemble your average pawn shop. The transaction took roughly 20 minutes before I had cash in hand.

I don’t usually review businesses but I had to make an exception with this one. I came in to sell some old jewelry that I didn’t use anymore and was amazed by their services. The appraisal didn’t take long and I left with a really decent amount of money for my stuff. The staff was nice, friendly and professional. Really great experience. I will come back!! I have been dealing with this establishment for years. They always have been, and continue to be, the absolutely highest standard in collateral loaning. Even these days, during the pandemic, they have maintained, especially for me, a level of service that is just outstanding. There have been many employees over the years whose expertise and professionalism I have simply enjoyed dealing with, and especially these days for their consideration, I point out Conor Cole, and Brittany, Conor for both his gemological expertise and customer service elan, and Brittany for her gatekeeping smoothness. Their digital, virtual, and IT processes are extremely helpful, and always up to date. You simply cannot go wrong with this place. There are one or two other businesses of this type who used to say that they were the absolute peak, the gold standard, here in LA and Beverly Hills. They were & are wrong. Beverly Loan is the gold standard. They always were, and they still are during all this chaos, and I have absolutely no doubt they will continue to be. Their customer service and expertise as human beings and as sterling professionals, in a place where you have trust and feel at ease even with the security guard, to a place where you can recommend your friends and professional colleagues -- as I have over the years, and everyone I have brought here has always been highly satisfied -- Beverly Loan simply can't be beat.

I have been coming to Beverly Loan Company for many years now whenever I need liquid cash quickly. I am an art collector. When a piece goes up for auction that I must have but I’m short on cash I come to BLC. I can pawn the art I already own to finance a new piece and help build my collection. I love that the staff at Beverly Loan has such expansive knowledge of fine art. I also love that the entire transaction is discreet and painless. I've done business with them for the past 5+ years and their service has changed! Disorganization, Unprofessional with no confidentiality. I had difficulty with them trying claim my item after I paid off the loan. To add insult to my inconvenience; they send out a notification letter to my home address requesting payment for my item. The letter was dated the day I paid off my loan. It was mailed postmarked 5 days later!
