I was in LA recently for a conference and used them for my currency exchange. They have a really good rate and awesome customer service. I'm surprised how they can afford such great exchange rates - so much better than other avenues. I would highly recommend for anyone who's there in LA and needs currency exchange!

Called the prior day to check for PYG and was given competitive one rate. Showed up the next day, rates were confirmed and we started the process. Near the end suddenly the agent told me that she 'had called the manager just to confirm because it was a larger amount'. The manager had checked with the whole seller and guess what? The rate on the website and the one given to me weren't accurate. You might think the actual rate was better for me? Just kidding. Of course it was slightly worse and resulted in ~$100 less for me. The agent was very apologetic but couldn't do anything. Well, at this time I was in the store, didn't really want to go anywhere else. I don't think they intentionally gave me the wrong rate over the phone/webpage, but if you are exchanging a less often used currency be prepared to face that once you show up in place it might be changed last minute. Not great.

This place is just great. They have the best rates and 5 star customer service. I have been to their other locations and they just opened this one in Beverly Hills. I always go to this place whenever I travel and need currency.

Amazing customer service! Even though they didn't have the currency we were looking for, they called other branches to find it and held it for us even though it was less than the amount we were looking to exchange. After we left, she kept calling other branches. An hour later she found another branch with exactly what we were looking for. Very thankful for everyone's help :)

I had the pleasure of going to Currency Exchange in Beverly Hills at 340 N. Camden this afternoon to obtain some Euros. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and pleasant. The location is great with easy parking on the street or in a lot nearby. Now I know where to exchange my US Dollars for foreign currency before I travel.

They have Best foreign currency exchange rates in LA and great customer service. I travel a lot and always come here to exchange my money. Easy and quick!
