Our family has gone to Max It for several years now. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff, a clean store with lots of good items and are fair in pricing. We were especially thankful for Daryl's help the last time we were in there. Daryl takes time with his customers makes them feel at ease. He is knowledgeable and professional. A good experience overall.

Excellent, excellent service. All around. Each Associate, Manager and Big Dog on the campus have been professional, knowledgeable, personable and all around courteous and kind. We get beyond fair value for our items and they work to make sure that we can pick up our merchandise even in a crunch. Come in for smiles, and an occasional donut. We love Max it Pawn!

Liz was super helpful in giving me the max about for my product, she even stayed after the store was closed to make sure I was satisfied. Liz had excellent customer service and went about and beyond. She explained loan process in depth and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I will definitely be back if I need another loan!!!

I got to max it pawn and Rachel was the one helping me with the procedures of me selling my game system. Where she tested everything that i had for the system to see if it works or not. Rachel does her thing on the computer and said I'll get around 50. I responded back saying " wow, I thought I'll get 40 or around 40." I was stung when Rachel told me that I'll receive around 50 for the game system. She printed a receipt for me to sign and handed me $55. I told her thanks and left the place with a smile so thanks again Rachel.

The the young guy with the beard who is Always working I have to say is a favorite. No matter how many days he's there he is patient, knows how to handle situations and people which for being a pawn shop is not easy to please everyone. The older gentleman with the accent is good also I have to say he tries to give the best price and makes u feel like u are important. Thanks you guys for ur good work!! Helpful and means allot when items that are our own Are personable.

Don't think you'll get a decent offer on selling tools. Wait over a hour for the rude female walk away with attitude then the bald old white guy declined buying it after all that time waiting .pure unprofessional wouldn't recommend anyone going there .most items are over price junk

Great experience EXCEPT the employee OMAR doesn’t conduct business very well

To tell you the stuff is seasonal to bring it when it's during the season and then they tell you they don't need it because they already got too many the kind of money they give you for your stuff is not even near the value of the product pawning my experience there has been very depressing

The people who work here James, Rachel, and Patrick are the very best. They go out of there way to help you with questions. They will work with you on getting what you need or want. There are other employees that work there but I have yet to personally see them or deal with them. If I could give this company a ten star I would.

Great experience. They sold me some video games for a great price. Liz and James has great costumer service. I will shop here again.

I bought a ring from this location a couple of weeks ago. Rachel was very friendly and informative. She helped me to feel much more secure in my purchase. The primary downside is that the jeweler they send rings out to did a terrible job. He thinned out the shank of my ring to about 1mm which makes me so nervous that it will break when I wear it. He also damaged the crown of my ring in the process of sizing it. This makes me especially frustrated because he was asked ahead of time whether he felt he would be able to do the sizing and he said he could. I would recommend purchasing a ring and then going to a different jeweler that you trust to make any adjustments that you'll need because it's probably going to cost much more to fix the awful work that he did. Update: I took the ring into another jeweler to get an estimate about whether it's wearable and what it would cost to get it fixed. The jeweler said that it would break quickly but that I could wear it. It would cost $400 to repair and it would still have a crack near the head that the shank repair wouldn't fix. He recommended using my grandmother's ring instead because the one I bought was damaged so extensively. The pawn shop said they wouldn't offer any refund unless I send it back to the guy who broke it for another costly repair. Thanks for breaking my ring and not being helpful at all.
