Your Exchange Check Cashing Hwy, Fridley

Been coming to this location a few times a month for years now, and it's the only place I go to load my debit card, money orders, cash tax checks and sending money to family with Western Union. I always deal with Jennifer the manager and Leslie and they are both always super friendly and helpful that's why I keep coming back! Most my family come here too and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Jennifer's & Maria's attitude is excellent! Their service is superb & right now it's the only exchange I prefer going to! I love it ! Every lady is so so pretty pretty . They're beautiful personality wise. Jennifer is my favorite!! Her attitude will get her to places 😀

Would highly recommend this buisiness for check cashing, money orders, etc…. Went in to cash a money order today, was helped by Alivia. She was very friendly, upbeat, and very professional. Definitely will go back to Fridley location in the future!

Alivia and Leslie were very nice. Very fast service. Place is super clean and they really show their customers appreciation.

While stopping into the Fridley location.. I was greeted with all smiles. Jennifer , Daya and Leslie provided me with efficient services! I would recommend this location just because of the services provided by these ladies!

Right when I walked in the manager was cleaning everything. It was organized and the staff was honestly really helpful especially the girl at the counter. She was friendly, and quick. I don't remember her name but I do remember she had long black hair and she was very sweet, please give her all the acknowledgement!

I met Pahoua at the fridley location today, there cashing a check. She was-in fact- the most courteous teller that I've encountered at any such store. Thank You, YE for hiring her. Her professionalism is what will have me refer others to visit that locale when they need to utilize such services. Thanks again, Pahoua!

My experience at this location was perfect, thanks to the employee Mackenzie. She was very likable, funny and quick . I actually called the store twice before coming in . The night before and the morning of, I spoke with Mackenzie. Literally I don't think I would have come in if I hadn't spoken with her. She was awesome both times, couldn't of been nicer. Regardless when I went in finally, I honestly thought it was going to take a huge length of time to get everything verified to cash the type of check I had. It was faster than if I would have gone anywhere else. I was out of there so fast, I couldn't believe it. She even assisted two other customers as the other worker was busy with a different person. Mackenzie was professional, cool and efficient. Loved her, will go here again.

I had got my insurance check and Walmart refused to cash my check because it was over $7500 ( b.s i know right ) I stop into your exchange in Fridley and they cash my check with no problem. Jennifer and Jasmine helped me today. It was my first time going here. Let me tell you, they were great! I felt like my information was secure and they made sure to do every necessary step to make sure that the check was mine and I was who I said I was. I would rate my all around experience with Your Exchange Check Cashing as 5 stars... this is mostly to do with how I was handled by Leslie...a true young professional!

The two ladies that where at the counter , Pahoua and Jasmine were very helpful , kind super sweet got me in and out. The store was also really clean . I usally go to another store but think I’ll come back here in the future.

I have been going to this location since it opened and the location farther north before that - the improvements that came with the new location was mainly the staffing - not that it was ever bad but it is outstanding now -Jennifer and team are fast,efficient, friendly, and downright the best customer service you could ask for ! Updated :1/8/22 Had a problem with my card account which the card company directed at YE I was directed to call Toyo at Col Hgts and he was able to find resolution to the issue in about 1/2 hr time -as usual -fast,friendly and efficient

I was just in for probably my 5th time and I have always been pleased with the service I have recieved. Tonight was a no exception, in fact it was by far the best, thanks to Jennifer!!! She saved the day for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I've been coming here for some years, and I gotta say this is the only check exchange I go too(: one of the employees Kenzie is always a big help, any questions I've had she always has a reasonable answer, she's super sweet, just overall the service given from Kenzie is genuine and I feel like we need more of that in the work industry!
