Your Exchange Check Cashing Ne Central Ave, Columbia Heights

I came in about a week ago and experienced some issues with my check and jasmine was very diligent and professional in helping me out in every way possible. I have been cashing my checks off and on since 2008 with this company and I have to say this was the best experience I have had at any location. So I just want to express my gratitude to Jasmine and her manager on duty. They turned what Could have been a bad day for me into a great day. Good Customer service is very hard to come by yet alone have it be acknowledged. So thank you to Jasmine and the Columbia heights location for the service you guys provided. I will definitely be back to this location for my future needs. Highly recommend!!!

This place is second to none if you don't have a bank account and need your check cashed fast! The professionalism of Jasmine Damaris and Pahoua were very accommodating and more than willing to see that I was a satisfied customer! Couldn't of asked for a better experience!

I needed to cash my long term disability check because I closed my checking account before I got a new bank. My check had been declined twice in error and my LTD carrier was in meetings all day every day this week. There was no reason for it being denied twice but I couldn't get anyone on the phone to fix it. I was freaking out and your employee Damaris stayed on the phone until they answered her call. I waited by the wall while she helped others while she was on hold with my LTD carrier. So not only did she help me,but she helped many others while she was doing it. If she wasn't behind the sheilds I would have given her a huge hug!! I couldn't stop thanking her and telling her I loved her and that's not like me. But she helped me out when no one else could or would. I love her so much for all she did and she must do it daily for others. Damaris was excellent, she solved my problem of cashing my check in 15 min, I had been trying to figure out what to do. She took care of it and she showed me all the other products and services that they had to offer which I appreciated. She even helped me with sending money as well which saved me a trip to walmart. I've been using your exchange for a few years now & I only use this place I've had issues with alot of other check cashing places being rude, Not helpful or just unprofessional when I first came to your exchange they were so nice and helpful DAMARIUS was the first cashier I had she was very helpful and answered all my questions I think I met Toyo on my second visit he was very nice and helpful too! I knew after the second time I was only going to use this place from now on this place and the owner and employees are awesome!!!!

Toyo and Bri were great. They cashed my check when other places turned down my paper id.That Bri is definitely a looker.
