I feel compelled to write a review about my recent refinancing experience using Matt Cooke as a mortgage broker. Prior to reaching out to Matt I checked with numerous brokers to check rates and discuss closing costs. As I was about to lock in with somebody else a friend of mine gave me Matt’s name and I am glad I took the time to check with one last person. Matt rates beat every other lender as did his closing costs. I refinanced about 5 years back and the process was painstaking and long, which is why I was reluctant to begin the process now.
